How To Install:
• With the Pilates Performer head rest in a flat position, place the Head & Neck Support Pillow on top of the head rest, with the thickest part nearest the carriage so it will be under your neck
• Secure the pillow by slipping the elastic band around the head rest
• Adjust the pillow either towards or away from you until it's comfortable and feels just right
• Do not use the pillow for exercises that require you to lift your hips higher than your head
• Made of foam fill with a stitched vinyl covering that easily wipes clean
