Poncho Artizan de Robin Barré en chiffon imprimé

I wear this shirt for either dinner or brunch, its a great versatile shirt to wear for every occasion. I am a size 3 and lent it to my friend who is a size 10, it fit her perfectly. Overall I am very impressed with Artizan's versatile clothing.

I'm at that point in my life where I'm usually very warm most of the time. When I saw this on air, I thought it looked light and flowing and something that would best suit me.
I ordred the zebra print and where a black tank underneath it. I have received so many compliments when I wear it. I hope Robin designs more tops like this for the larger gal!

I was looking forward to getting this top because it looked good on tv and I felt like treating myself.

However, when it arrived, what a disappointment! The print was in a completely different layout and the circles ended up in a very embarrassing location on a woman so the whole thing looked ridiculous if not obscene on me. Clearly I couldn't wear it, so packed it up to return it and tried my best to follow the instructions for returns that was included in the package.

Only thing is, and this is somewhat unbelievable, they don't send you what you need to return it in the package. No joke, this is their policy. If you order it online, you are on your own for returns. It took me three visits to the Post Office when I was already busy trying to figure out what I was doing wrong until finally the ladies at the Post Office took pity on me and accepted it as it was and sent it themselves.

Which is ironic because when TSC got it, they refused to accept the return on the grounds it was late. I tried explaining that the delay was because they hadn't sent me the labels I needed but they told me it was my fault anyway! Somehow I should have known the way to get them, even if they don't tell you how in the instructions. Kinda makes a joke out of sending instructions then, don't you think?

Then, to add insult to injury they gave me the option to pay a substantial fee to return the unwanted item to me, or they would keep it. I even asked if they could donate it on my behalf to some charity. But they said no. So now I am paying a significant additional fee to get it back just so I can give it to goodwill!

Bottom line, not only was this a disappointing and unwearable product that only succeeded in wasting my time, I feel I was treated unfairly by the TSC who have a policy that seems to trick customers into failing the return policy.

Poor show all round.

Bought the zebra print but was disappointed with quality of fabric...arms are too long (and I'm 5'7")and stitching is not well done...have other items from this line which I like very much but not this one.

I loved this product the moment I saw it on the gorgeous models. Ladies we are all not like them, but we can fit into some styles. I was so impressed by the poncho and I bought the zebra style. I put a black tank underneath it and it was great! I was really impressed with it. Good investment. It's so stylish and ready to go! No time at all to get ready and you are glammed up with black tights, black boots and away you go! You can't go wrong!

.....sadly, only a few of Robin's designs will fit my 2X body.
I bought two ponchos. The fabric is divine. The side seams were too close for my frame so I simply pulled out the seams and re-stitched two inches wider at each side. Now they fit beautifully.
I am fingers-crossed that Robin will add some plus sizes to her line. They would be very flattering on her larger fans.

I bought this top in the aztec and I just love the colors. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because of the fit. I hesitated to buy one size fits all as I am plus sized and it does fit very snugly. Please bring in something for the bigger sizes, Robin.

I had to get this top because it looked go good on Robin, I wore it out for Dinner and my husband told me how beautiful i looked in it.

This item was my second purchase from the Artizan line;the first one was the grey legging,which I love.The material on this poncho( I bought the zebra print) is so very soft to the touch and it flows beautifully.I'm 5'7" and I find the length just right.My daughter saw the poncho and asked me,if she could sometimes borrow it! I'm very happy with the Artizan line,thanks a lot,Robin,keep up the good work!!

I bought 3 of these...2 in the aztec and one in the zig zag. Lovely prints and nicely made but it was tooooooo long where your arms would hang. If you are not 5 ft 6inches or greater.....it would hang too low on the arms. I had to return the two I bought for my sister and myself. I bought one for my friend who is about 5 ' 10 inches and it looked lovely on her.

I would only recommend if you are tall.
