Heidi Daus Perennial Favourites Necklace

A striking piece to add sparkle to my outfits. I received the amethyst today and am pleased with how it looks. Although I am not as impressed with this design, I will be able to mix and match it with some other Heidi Daus pieces. Could TSC ask Heidi to bring some of her small earring designs that are not so heavy? Thanks!

Got this in the amethyst colour and the beads are beautiful. The clasp seems to be a bit of a problem, the toggle falls out quite easily, maybe I don't put it in right. Otherwise, it has a lot of quiet bling which suits me. I don't keep my jewellery for 'special occasions', like John Wayne used to say, "any day above ground is a special day". Wear your jewellery girls.

I purchased this necklace in jet -- my first Heidi Daus piece of jewellery. What I like about her line is the use of spectacular designs for clasps making ordinary costume quality beads look spectacular. However, noting other comments, I too received this necklace missing a stone. It has been sent back and reordered even though I wasn't too excited about the colour combination of stones used in the clasp.

When wearing around the home the flower/toggle 'moves around'. The flower keeps twisting and I end up with the back facing forwards. Strange quality problem.

My son is always telling me,'you snooze,you lose..'
..and that was the case with this necklace. The
aubergine sold out @ the introductory price and by
the time it was available the price had gone up, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. The piece itself is lovely - big, bold 'pearls' and a 'sparkly',vintage style clasp. The length gives you
some different options. It's a 'stand out' piece!

I missed out on this necklace when it was first presented, but was lucky enough to pick up on my absolute favourite version in pearl at a later date. Unfortunately I didn't get the holiday pricing, but the piece is so gorgeous, I don't mind paying a bit more for something so fabulous. But I do have a few critiques insofar as the on-line description of this item. I would appreciate knowing the size of the pearls or beads before purchasing. In this case the pearls are quite large. And purchasers should know the pearls are not really a pure white. They are very creamy, which doesn't show well on television. But none of this takes away from the beauty of this piece. It's still a real classic and a keeper!!! I don't want to recommend it to my friends because I want to be the only one to own it. Kidding of course.
