When I saw this product on the shopping channel I thought this would be great for me and help with my back problems. I ordered two Back Joys, one for the house and one for the car. The advertising on the front of the seat said 'works for all types of conditions' so I expectantly tried them right away.The result was a very sore back by day's end. In the information booklet included with each seat; under troubleshooting, medical advice I found the following statement:'Back Joy will not work for you if you have trouble standing or walking for any length of time.' This is exactly my problem. Of course, I am having to send them back. Your presenter never once mentioned that there were some cases where this product would not work and I feel I was encouraged to buy this product without being given all the information available. If the medical information is important enough to be included in the booklet, even as the last item on the troubleshooting page, it should have been included in the presentation. Now I have paid for shipping costs and will doubtless be charged for return costs as well. This is $24 that as a senior I could have put to better use. I hope this rating will encourage others to be more skeptical of presenter hype. I've learned my lesson.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
