I really like the look of this bracelet. The combo of leather, bronze and turquoise gives the cuff a funky, 70's feel. However, as one reviewer mentioned, the stone is probably "reconstituted." It would be nice if TSC and the Barse rep told us exactly what we're purchasing. For the reduced price, this is a great cuff.

Terrific value at the sale price. Original price, just too high.I have the lapis and I'm going to wear it on a road trip to the Southwest.I have a lot of Barse. Terrific stuff. I wish, however, that everything would be bronze and not just bronze tone. Of course, silver would be better, but much more expensive in these substantial metal pieces. But I like bronze; have had no trouble with it at all. This piece I would call very casual.
Nice for the Price

I purchased the blue and while it is a beautiful stone (or stabilized stone, as it is not confirmed that it is indeed lapis), the leather on the cuff is not quite the best and I am not sure if the inside of the cuff is leather. However, for the reduced price, it is still a very wearable and lovely piece.
Substantial and unique cuff
I purchased the opal because I wanted a statement bracelet that was neutral. The opal looks a bit like Jasper but I looked up African opal on a gem site and the one in the bracelet is similar to those pictured. It is not my idea of an opal but is goes very well with the leather and the metal work surrounding it is amazing. The bracelet needs to be squished to fit my wrist otherwise it fits large. It is a very attractive piece of jewellery; although large it isn't over the top. I purchased 2 other pieces of Barse jewellery at the same time -- both have sold out but they get 5 stars as well.
very funky but classy
This cuff is very well made, I do find that it moves around more than I'd like (I'm average in size) but it's substantial and eye catching. A great buy for the cost!

It's a 'good chunk' of gemstone beautifully featured in the bronze tone metal and dark leather- quite substantial for the price. HOWEVER, thereason I couldn't go higher than 3 stars is b/c for me personally it's a bit small on my wrist & Ihave to 'play' with it a little to have it sitting properly on my wrist, which is a little 'off centre'It's not really meant for us 'large boned' women!
Got the lapis and turquoise as gifts. They were very affordable at a blockbuster price and look more expensive than I paid. My nieces will love them
I LOVE BARSE !!!

The moment I saw this in the lapis, I knew I wanted to send it to my friend as a gift. She phoned to tell me she really liked it and said the lapis has pretty golden flecks in it. I ordered the turquoise cuff for myself and love it!!! I have a tiny wrist, but it can be *pinched* to fit my arm or worn over the sleeve.I like Barse Jewellery because it isn't ho-hum or run-of-the-mill. The cuff is chunky, well-made, and a good price.
Unique piece of jewelry

I bought both the turquoise and the African opal. Both are very nice. I find the shape and fit of the turquoise better than the opal; however, I wear the opal more often due to the neutral colours which compliment a lot of the other colours that I wear. I have received many compliments for it. The fit is not perfect and it does move around a bit on my wrist, but it can be adjusted. Overall, I enjoy wearing it and appreciate its uniqueness. I haven't seen anything else like it in the malls.
I love it!
This looks so nice on and the fit for me is perfect. The leather is thick and stiff enough so that it holds the size and shape of my wrist and holds it so I am not fussing with it.The stone is huge and beautiful - I thought it was lapis but it is just called blue so I don't really know but it sure looks like lapis if it's not.The brass is really complimentary with the dark leather and dark blue of the stone and I'm going to get a lot of wear out of this piece.I'm really pleased with this leather cuff, my eyes are drawn to my wrist and I find myself admiring the fabulous workmanship, the gorgeous stone and the lovely, complimentary brasswork.
