Bear Chair's unique firepits have been designed to be safe and durable for many years. Your fully welded firepit is constructed from 16 gauge cold rolled steel which ensures that the firepit will last for years. The burn through and rush through limited warranty is five year from date of purchase. We also Warrant that the firepit is free from material and workmanship defects and we will replace any defective products in accordance with our warranty.
The firepit requires no assembly and is ready to use immediately out of the box. The firepit comes complete with a separate grill, mesh scree for sparks and a poker. The sides of the firepit have been outfitted with a mesh screen that will help alleviate the problem of sparks from emanating from the artistic cutouts.
The finish on the firepit will continue to naturally patinate though oxidation over the lifetime of your firepit. Variations of the colour of the firepit are expected over time as the firepit oxidizes.
The Bear Chair Company Limited originated in December 1987, as a result of a home woodworking shop in a Northern Ontario basement. It's founder, David Wright, saw a potential in the classic Adirondack/Muskoka chair as a marketable product, if offered in a ready to assemble form.
