Very happy I ordered these!

I have the Bodyvibe 500 and love it, I am really happy I ordered these as I can use these on a break at work.

I don't understand the person who said she felt nothing from using the Body Vibe hand weights as I certainly did feel quite a bit of vibration and have already seen great results in my arms in only a few days.

They do seem to take a long time to charge - this is the only reason I did not give this a 5 rating.

I highly recommend this item, whether or not you already have a Body Vibe full body vibration machine.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
