Body Break Treadmill

I purchased this treadmill in February - don't laugh - primarily for my dog to use. I knew I wouldn't be able to give her enough exercise when I got her in December and a friend had suggested THIS particular piece of equipment. Now, I was a bit apprehensive because there was assembly required, but let me first say, putting it together was a total breeze. I am no mechanical genius, but it took me less than half an hour, and the only assistance I needed was lifting it to get the tie down out from underneath it. It is also so simple to use, has a number of programs available, although you can create your own if you wish. AND maybe best of all, it is a bit compact without compromising exercise space, so if there is such a thing as a space-saver model in a full-sized treadmill, this would be it. It runs very quietly and smoothly. There is no slip to the belt and adjustments are simple and straightforward to make. And now that she is used to it, the dog LOVES it and will go and sit on the belt, waiting for me to turn it on. You could spend a lot more on a treadmill with a lot of fancy options, but if you don't need them and just want an exercise machine, this one fits the bill. It generally gets used twice a day and it seems to be reliable and is working well.
