This new, hardy cherry was developed by the University of Saskatchewan…so there's no doubt it's easy to grow in Canada!

Valentine is a dwarf Sour Cherry variety released by the University of Saskatchewan in 2004. It is a bountiful producer that bears large fruit that is perfect for pies, jams and canning. Its white blossoms provide a pretty display which is soon followed by clusters of red fruit that ripen in August.
