What a great deal this is...we bought it as a showstoopper and the bundle was amazing !
Love the many many features...very easy to use and compact.

Purchased this for my husband. The case that comes with it is not large enough to hold the camera and the extra battery supplied. The battery life is low - under 30 mins., and then you can only charge it in the machine (and then cannot use the camcorder) so I went to a retailer and purchased the separate battery charger for him, so while one battery is in use, the other is charging. He has large hands, and it is somewhat awkward with the buttons on the top, but he is getting used to it, so you have to be patient. But the battery issue is annoying, as it is difficult to video in 20-25 min increments, knowing that you have to have an charged battery handy at all times, without the ability to charge while you are using the first one. I can even envision with such a short battery life, someone would need to have two charged batteries extra if you want to video an hour or so. Therefore, with the battery charger purchased via another retailer, we also purchased a larger case that will hold at least the camcorder with room for the extra battery and we just have the charger separate. A little tweaking with the bundle is needed. Four stars for video quality, would only get 2 for the battery issue, so averaging to 3 stars.

All in all not that impressed with this product. The 2 batteries are always on charge if you really want the product to work! It doesn't go the 2 miles of zoom in. (that is what I really wanted it for) Live out in the counrty and needed that feature. Really think that everyone should be reimbursed a little something for this product. The case is too small, so that you can't even put your supplies in it, to keep it all together. It is light and somewhat easy to use, but not really like they said it would be.

Disappointed that the battery only lasts 25 minutes. Even though 2 batteries were included they begin to discharge as soon as they are removed from the charger. I watched several live presentations of this product and it was never mentioned that the battery life was so short. To purchase a battery with 50 minutes of life coats about $150.00. Perhaps this is an issue with all camcorders?

I liked the size, weight and great zoom feature but a short battery life doesn't meet my needs so I returned it.

This little camcorder is not up to the standards of my other four Canon cameras. I wonder if it will last up to twenty years like my 35MM camera from Canon. I find it hard to hold and use the buttons at the same time. It works OK but you can't compare it to a thousand dollar comcorder. It is a "fun" item. If you want a sturdier, more user-friendly camera, you will have to pay more. Having said all this... I have taken some great chipmunk and bird videos with the little CC.

The camcorder is everything that it was advertised to be. Great size, fits in your hand and is easy to handle. I agree with previous review, the instruction book is not specific enough. We have checked and bundle is a great deal in comparison to retail.

Took great photos, but the battery was only lasting about 20 minutes, which tended to be somewhat frustrating. Image quality was excellent, and video quality seemed fine, just unhappy with battery life. Even with two batteries it was a nuisance to have to change the battery in the middle of taking photos. I looked all over to find a larger battery before I returned the camera.

Great camcorder, totally worth the money and recommend it to others, only downfall is, the instructions booklet is not very useful.
