Compact Elliptical Trainer

I ordered this based on Nicolette's review. I have had a hip replacement, have advanced Roto Scoliosis and Substantial Spinal Arthritis. I get around fine but at times my balance is not as good as I would like. I like that I can use this sitting down. I have tried it standing but so far, have to hold onto something for balance. I still feel I can get a good workout even sitting and at least am doing some exercise. Can get the heart rate up some. I am a senior so follow the guide. Thanks, Nicolette.

My husband and I wanted something that was compact to suplement our walking, this fits the bill, it gives you a good work out, it is very compact so it sits right behind our couch so we can use it while we watch tv. It counts everything so now its a competition between us. Great purchase that wont be going to the second hand store.

I am a busy mom with three children and also work full-time, so getting a workout of any kind is a real stretch for me. This product has been easy to squeeze into my busy evenings and I can use it while I watch the news for 20 min. before I start with any homework help. The cardio workout has been great as I'm usually feeling it within the first minute. I can also feel the exertion in my upper arms, and mid to upper back muscles, areas that I don't get to use that much.

This excercisor has saved my life.

I am disabled and living with MS. This product has enabled me to finally get some excercise in my home. At the time that is convenient to me. I decide for how long or short of time is good for me.

I used to be a runner. Now I can sit or stand and RUN.

Purchased this for my daughter who can not walk very far and she is able to do this sitting down - turns out I use it more than she does. The Elliptical Trainer actually encourages me to want to use it as it is very easy to step on to it and use it even if it is 10 minutes at a time. The Elliptical trainer is actually a lot heavier than I thought it would be so I have it set up in one room so that I do't have to move it. The product is worth purchasing.
