Suggested usage:
Perfect for use with CARGO's innovative Smoky Eye brush.
• Use a brush to dab on cream, powder or both from the SmokyEye Eye Liner duo along the upper lash line. • For a full smoky eye, apply along the bottom lash line as well
• Smudge out the colour by using a back and forth motion
• You can achieve a thin line by using the thin edge of the brush. You can help thicken the line holding the brush on an angle for a smudger
• For all-day wear apply the cream liner first and set it with the coordinating powder shadow
• You can also use the SmokyEye Brush to blend colour around the outer corner of the top lid and into the crease
