I found this face butter good for dry elbows, knees, etc. This product was way to oily to be used on my face, plus it doesnt absorb very well. I don't know if it is the oil or fragrance in this product that made my eyes water and turn red when I tried it on my face.

I would suggest that if you do not have excessively dry skin that this product may be too rich for oily to normal skin. I chose to keep this skin moisturizer for those days when I am planning on spending a lot of time outside in dry cold winter temperatures or harsh windchills. On those occasions I find the skin butter is very protective and soothing. I have also used it to repair dry cuticles. But in general my experience is that it has rather limited and specific suitability as it has a heavy and greasy slip. I do value that it is paraben and perfume free. However, bottom line: I don't think I would purchase this product again as it lacks any SPF protection which is still important on sunny winter days.
