Chicago Metallic Cupcake Surprise Pan

This thing is just way too cool not to buy.

I've made the cupcakes with cherry and chocolate bar centres and turned out great. For the choco bar centers its best to buy the small sq snack size. You will need to refridgerate them because you need the stiffness to hold them in the center of the stick while you pour the rest of the cake mix over them.

When they are a bit slightly cooler, take them out of the cupcake tin (while the bars are still soft) (easier to remove).

I've also make meatloaf cupcakes. Instead of a cake mix, I made a meatloaf and instead of a cherry I put a sq piece of cheese and the rest of the meatloaf on top. It gives quite the new look to a meal and an attention getter.

I love it.
