I've tried many different ways to clean my jewelry but must admit this is so far the best yet. I will admit that I was a little skeptical to start with on my silver so what I did was take a coin and put it thru a couple of cycles (the coin was very tarnished). It came out great compared to the shape it went in! Yes, it still needs work to get all the tarnish off, but, when you take into consideration what you save on harmful chemical that can destroy the environment, a few extra minutes in this machine is worth it! Love the way it handles gold and precious gems! Silver does take a few rounds in the cleaner BUT it's worth the extra few minutes!

I had braces so now wear a retainer sometimes which is why I bought this product.
Worked fine for a while, however all of a sudden just wouldn't go on anymore. Was able to return because still under the 30 day protection.

Bought in to because of the clean old jewelry demo - not so amazing results at home. On the other hand, we used it on an old shower head and were pleased with the results.

This ultrasonic cleaner works well for most things.For tarnished silver I'm not so sure.I like the fact that you only use water.

glasses and jewelery come out sparkly clean.not good for tarnished silver

I had another unit that I paid $10.00 for, and this does work better... But, it does not clean everything as well as demonstrated on TV. It takes multiple cleaning cycles to take tarnish off a bracelet that I always wear. After four cycles there is still tarnish, but less. I have decided to keep this product and give away my cheaper cleaner.

I had high expectations, wanted it to work just like the show demo . So far it hasn't . After several cycles it looked a bit better but no brilliance. I didn't. Want to use soaps, cleansers or chemicals so not happy . I'll keep experimenting , hoping for more .

This is a great cleaner! I thought it wasn't working on my jewelry at first, but I put them through a second cycle and I really saw the difference. I will try with a little soap the next time. Saves so much time cleaning all my stuff. It does not take the tarnish off the silver, so will continue to use silver cleaner for that. But to make your jewelry clean and sparkly, this is the cleaner to use! Good buy!

I bought this item to clean my silver jewellery. I had silver that was tarnished and this product did not do the trick! Sent it back.

Cleans jewellery very well. Lessens need for cleaners.Water and a little bit of soap does the trick.Good for delicate stones like opals and pearls. Great purchase
