Cojo Pleated Skirt

Really love Cojo's aesthetic in all his designs. Not to mention his killer sense of humour! This is another example - very Michelle Obama/Jackie O elegant skirt. Love the unusual embossed fabric and the dropped waist gives it a more fitted look. Fits a little large-had to go to size S. Don't know why there are pockets-they are shallow so not usable and detract from smooth line of the hips. I sew, so I got rid of them. Also, how about an invisible zipper? This zipper is poorly installed-stitching is crooked. Again, takes away from smooth line of skirt. I took it out and put in invisible! I liked skirt enough to do this but would suggest a little more attention to workmanship. Love your work though Cojo!

I loved this skirt so much that I kept thinking it couldn't be just the material that made me look bad on such a wonderfully crafted skirt.
I lost about ten lbs. and decided to order in one size down.
The fit is still a little off around the waist but I think it will work nicely when the next ten are off.
The material is exceptional and the finishing is truly professional on this skirt.
I love the slide in pockets. They feel so 'Lauren Bacall' and 1940's.
I'm so pleased with both colours.

I love Cojo's fashions and own many items of his.
This skirt I've ordered in both colors but had to
return. I think if the material was a heavy crape
it would have been gorgeous.

The fabric on this skirt is stiff although good.
I loved the idea of a nice skirt with pockets but was disappointed by the poor fit.
The waist was hard to define and the material made it difficult to adjust.
The sizing is almost true to size except for the strange stiff waist and hip.
The hem seems a bit uneven with the product. I ordered two and both had the same inconsistencies in sizing and with the hem.
Overall I wish that this skirt was my 'dream' garment but it failed.
Please try again Cojo the fabric is perfect the finish is perfect but the fit needs a tweek.
