Voici un produit innovant qui permet de rafraîchir votre vin blanc ou de garder votre vin rouge à la température fraîche d'un cellier. Le Corkcicle est un accessoire composé d'un bouchon en liège et d'un tube ressemblant à un glaçon renfermant un gel spécial qui, après avoir été mis au congélateur, demeure froid et rafraîchit le vin mais pas trop froid, afin de ne jamais pas masquer les nuances, les complexités, les merveilleuses subtilités du vin!
Grâce au rafraîchisseur Corkcicle, le vin est gardé frais depuis l'intérieur de la bouteille, de façon uniforme de bas en haut.
Bien des amateurs de vin blanc laissent habituellement la bouteille ouverte sur la table, qui se réchauffe... et cela rend le deuxième ou troisième verre beaucoup moins bon! Mais ça ne vous arrivera plus jamais! Quant aux amateurs de vin rouge, ils le boivent souvent à la température de la pièce, ce qui est généralement un peu trop chaud. What is Corkcicle made of?
BPA Free Plastic made by Dupont and Non-Toxic Freeze Gel. Corkcicle will not dilute your wine.
How does Corkcicle work?
Simply freeze the Corkcicle for approximately 2 hours and drop it into your pre-chilled white wine or room temperature red wine. Sit back and enjoy your wine at the PERFECT temperature.
Do I need to add water?
No, there is freeze gel inside. All you need to do is put Corkcicle in the freezer.
How do I pour my wine with Corkcicle?
We have 3 recommendations:
1) Pull the Corkcicle out of the bottle, tap it as it leaves the bottle and hold it over your glass.
2) Pull the Corkcicle out about 3/4 of the way while keeping it in the bottle then pour your wine.
3) Place a napkin on the table and rest the Corkcicle on your napkin.
How does Corkcicle work for white wine?
Take your pre-chilled white wine from the refrigerator. Pour your wine. Insert your frozen Corkcicle to maintain proper temps for about 45 minutes. Your white wine should be consumed in the 45-55 degree (F) range or 7-12 degree (C) range. No more messy ice buckets! No need to force yourself to drink warm wine after it has sat on the counter for 30 minutes……and don’t get us started about those people who put ICE in their wine!
Should my red wine be chilled?
Most red wines should be consumed at cellar temperature. If your red wine is too warm, the vintner's flavors can be masked. Until now, it has never been easier to create that cellar atmosphere. Just drop your frozen Corkcicle into your red wine to experience the true flavors and complexities the vintner intended.
How does Corkcicle work for red wine?
Take your room temperature red wine and pour a taste. (~1.5 ounces) Insert Corkcicle to bring your red wine down to cellar temperature in the mid 60 degrees (F) or 18 degrees (C).
How long does it take to freeze Corkcicle?
Approximately 2 hours. You should have 2 in your freezer so that you can rotate them for the best possible wine experience during dinner or parties.
How do I clean Corkcicle?
It couldn't be easier. Simply rinse Corkcicle off in the sink and throw it back in the freezer.
