Unless thee is something I don't know...
By Ann M.
This new type of gel pads, that includes the wires is not really very ecological....is there something I don't know..why are the wires necessary on EVERY pad, why are we required to have NEW pads, (is this just a case of forced consumerism? -- it all goes in the landfill) instead of the gel replacements only. Isn't really very GREEN...seems like replacing what works.......They do WORK fine, but....I'm a little concerned about the additonal "stuff"....I would give it a higher score IF there was some reason for the additonal 'stuff'...as is, I can only give it 3 stars....
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Like the unit
from VANCOUVER, BC
I am on my second unit and I like it but not any better than others on the market. I liked the original gel pads better than this new type. I find these often cause irritation on my skin. I do like getting the new wires because I wear mine out quickly. Certainly, tens units are very helpful for pain.

I like the small unit
I have used Dr. Ho's small unit for fybrolmalgia muscle spasms ever since it first aired. The small size makes it easy to take along when I travel. However, I want just the refill pads, not the cords.
Dr. Ho's new gel pads are great!
I have used Dr. Ho's muscle therapy units since they first aired in the late 1990s. I bought the double unit when it came out. The new gel pads are much better than the original pads. I will never be without a unit. I recommend them to everyone.
