DXG Luxe 1080p Ultra-Slim HD Camcorder Bundle

BOUGHT THIS BRAND A COUPLE OF YEARS BACK FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER FOR HER BIRTHDAY...SHE COULD NEVER GET IT TO TURN ON. I DIDNT FIND OUT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING YEAR, WHEN I WENT HOME FOR XMAS,(SHE,S IN A DIFFERENT PROVINCE). SHE WAS 10 AT THE TIME AND DIDNT WANT TO HURT MY FEELINGS. BY THEN THE WARRANTY HAD RUN OUT AND I COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IT STILL SITS IN MY CLOSET...CANT BRING MYSELF TO THROW IT OUT... ANY SUGGESTIONS.

For me the cost of the item far exceeds the technology. The zoom is not strong enough...only digital zoom, no optical zoom. Taking still photos requires a very steady hand. No image stabilization. The video quality is good, but for the amount of money spent you would want better features. Light is not good enough. Battery life is lousy. The only positive thing I can say is it is very compact and quite attractive. Never received the software disc in my parcel. Unfortunately, I had to return the item. Very disappointed.

This camera shoots pretty good video. It is compact and lightweight, but it is NOT Mac compatible as indicated on air. In order to use with a Mac, the video must be reformatted which is a huge pain. Unfortunately, it has been returned. Pretty bad when an item is misrepresented on air.

Easy to use. Open and start recording. It is the same size as my cell phone so it fits in my pocket, which gives me easy access to it. Awesome camcorder. Best camcorder I've had so far.

Cute idea.. Looks great. I wanted so much to love this camera. However very poor performance for taking still pictures. All my pictures were very blurry and fuzzy. You need a real steady hand to get a good picture. Had several friends try and still pictures were no good.Also the Software was missing from my box. Also found that battery would not hold a charge for very long. Sorry it must go back.

Bought this camera from today's showstopper pre-sale. I love it. Great product at a great price: very slim, pretty appearance, easy to carry, easy to use, easy to upload the video and picture...You name it. The only thing is not completely ideal: cannot zoom in when under video mode although can zoom in under camera mode.
However, it is great for travel.

In my opinion this video camera is very cheaply made, flimsy and more like a toy than a real camera. Returned the same day I received it.

Very compact & easy to use - have purchased another one for a gift. Takes hi-def. movies.

I bought the pink polka dot camera and it rocks! You can't beat the quality for the price. My package didn't include the software disc [...] It is so nice to have a detailed manual with photos. You don't have to go on line and download.
