Nice necklace, but tiny clasp.

The pendant is very nice, but the chain is very tiny and the clasp is even tinier which makes it very difficult to close, especially if you are older and have poor eyesight or arthritis. Once the necklace is on it is nice.

Nice pendant but missing a stone

Bought this pendant for a birthday present for my niece. The pendant is well made, the stones are nice but unfortunately one of the stones was missing. Would give the pendant a 4 to 5 but quality control 2. This is the third time I have returned a product due to quality control. The pendant was perfect for what I had in mind for the gift and the right price but I was hesitant in exchanging for another because I lost faith in the product and didn't want the hassle of returning again. Definitely more quality control on items required. Have been ordering several items in the past couple of years and it seems in the last 4-6 months I have had problems with several items. Would recommend this pendant if you want to take a chance of getting a good quality one without flaws.
