Dell 23" Definitely not as advertised.
I purchased this a while ago and like others said Dell does not provide Tech support...very misleading. Also the McAfee Life of Your PB Bundle Anti Virus will not load. When I called the company ( ptreasures) the help was very abrupt. Certainly not what I expected. As usual you only get what you pay for.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Hello everybody I just want to add to my review. It has been a few months now and how awesome this computer is NO REGRETS!! This is the best computer I have ever owned I am not teksavvy but this Dell is so easy to use just wonderful. Windows 8 easy pezzy to use love the touch screen the speakers WOW AMAZING quality, it is not just muffled it is amazingly loud and stereo sound when I put a movie on it incredible color. You see every detail I now watch my movies on my computer not my TV anymore. So if you have any doubts do not worry buy this computer with confidents you will not regret. Best money I have ever spent way to go SHOPPING CHANNEL YOUI DID IT AGAIN AND TO DELL ROCK ON !!!!!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought this as a showstopper about three weeks ago and as I did not have the time to set it all up at once I have reserved my review until today.This computer does not come with Dell tech support and as I do not know who the company is that is providing the support I will pass. I have my own support anyway that is just as good as I would get elsewhere.The software Essentials package is not good at all as MY PC Bundle .com is nothing but adware. I managed to download the McAfee protection but not without difficultly as I was getting pop ups while doing so. After downloading the McAfee and proceeding on to the rest of the software McAfee would warn me with a message " Are you sure that you want to go there" and that the site was malicious .Also as you clicked on each individual softare package you get bombarded with adware such as "Your computer is about to Crash" with a fix button. For those people who are not knowlegeable and click on these sites, they have just put their computer in peril.So the software bundle is not worth the powder to blow it up with except the McAfee subscription because you are inviting viruses and nothing but adware.I bought the Dell Studio One about 6 years ago from the shopping channel and that has been the best computer I have ever owned. We have stripped it and rebuilt it and it is still going strong. There are some features that I like about this computer but not enough to ever buy another again. I am keeping it because we can tailor it the way we want it, but never again.If you want Microsoft Outlook you have to purchase Windows 13 as the version on this computer is not the full version.

Will never buy a Dell again!
First of all, this computer does NOT come with life tech support as the website states and the lady who represented Dell on T V. Dell wanted me to pay $285 plus tax for 1 year tech support. Don't think so! Back it goes. To the previous review, I'm sorry, your computer is not the same as the one here advertised on TV as "new Dell Tech computer". They would not sell a year old computer today as new technology and showstopper. Yours must have come with tech support a year ago when you bought it, that's why you got the support!

I USE IT EVERYDAY. The software bundle has not arrived yet. Thought that was kind of strange since the system is here. Very fast and easy set up. It is a nice thin computer. But it does not impress me at all. I could have purchase any 23" touchscreen with better features for a lot less money. Even the mentioned manufacturer offers the same model with a bigger processor for $200.00 less. Not a happy shopper.

SHOPPING CHANNEL ROCKS
I just recived this AWSESOME computer it is amazing . I just want to let everyone know that The Shopping Channel is incredible. If it wasn't for the Shopping Channel, No way I could have purchase this system in a store. I could not justify to spend this much money all at once but with the easypay no interest I was able to afford it. I purchased the showstopper. SO THANK YOU SHOPPING CHANNEL. For doing this for me -us all and thank you to all the workers from the host to the models and the order desk to the live help support AWESOME people GREAT SERVICE as always ,and last but not least Dell Canada for joinning the shopping channel to give us great deals . TERRIBLE Service NOT as described on TV!
Watched almost all the airings and listened to the Dell representative boast about this computer how there is life tech support and it even states on TSC website. Well after setting it up I had a question about the software that has to still come. The Dell rep on the line said he could not help me since I do NOT have any tech support included in this package. I said what? Read TSC product overview and software included, he said unless I pay $285 plus tax, then and only then I can get 1 yr support. I immediately called TSC, and to my surprise, what is only included is 1 yr of hardware support ( I purchased the extended warranty as well). Well, back it goes. My other 4 relatives at my house that day also purchased this computer for their kids, boy were they really angry of this bit of info I gave them. Thanks to TSC for your help and being kind in assisting with the authorization # etc. ps. If you did not buy the cd/DVD mobile adapter, the unit does not come with one! So all the software you get is useless. Good luck to everyone who bought one. Being mis-informed is terrible, especially when it is in writing!

My Dell 23

I bought this system almost a year ago now. After installing all the Software and using it for some time I ran into a problem. I could not fix it myself, no matter what I tried it was not working. Then I remembered I could call Dell. I called Dell and the Tech support Agent asked a few questions and then asked to connect with my machine. I gave him the codes he needed and let him go to work. I saw him connect and then let him do his stuff while I did other things on another system. When I heard the computer re-boot I went to check and there was a message from the Dell Tech Support Agent stating it was all fixed. I checked it all over and to my Surprise it was all fixed!! I have not had any problems to date and I was extremely satisfied with the support I received from Dell Tech Support. They seemed eager to help without asking me a load of unnecessary questions to make sure I had an account with them. I love this machine. It's fast and the 23" Screen is Beautiful. I love the touch screen once I got use to it and use the touch part quite often. To sum it all up I am very happy with this system and would surely recommend it to family and others. Just so you know I am very Computer literate, so I know what I am talking about. And I rarely give reviews but I felt this system deserved it and Others deserve a good machine. So this review is mainly for those looking for a good machine but are not sure. The Portability was another great feature. After working for hours at my desk my back started to freeze up on me and was quite painful. So I took the Monitor, Mouse and Keyboard and moved it somewhere more comfortable. it was great! that's when I realized the beauty of the All-In-One feature and how easy it was to setup any where I wanted to. Because of the Touch screen I could have just brought the Monitor without the Mouse and Keyboard. So as of now I have no problems with it and can't think of any disadvantages. Now I have not had to take it apart to install upgrades or replace parts. So I do not know how difficult that is or what problems may be inherent with the All-In-One. Thats the reason I could only give it four stars instead of Five. I hope this helps those who are thinking of getting an All-In-One Touch Screen, especially the Dell 23" All-In-One Touch Desktop.John Hardy

This product comes with a 1-year warranty through the manufacturer.I would like to purchase a four year additional and it would not allow me to;letting me know that its been sold out.
