Low rise jeans
from SWIFT CURRENT
These look nice but don't fit well. I found them smaller then my other size 10's. The rise is low and the back is even lower. You would definitely be showing off some butt cleavage which I think looks really unattractive for both men and women. I sent them back. I miss Diane's embroidered jeans. She makes a lot for the states but doesn't bring many to us in Canada.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

great look but the fit is a little off

the style and appearance of these jeans is great but once again the fit of dg jeans is a little off for me. sometimes her jeans are short in the body but these are a little long and the waist rides high. I am keeping them but really should return.

two things that bothered me about this product 1) the fit, all too big and strangely baggy in areas that didn't require space. I reconstructed the whole pant to fit me property - but one shouldn't have to do that. 2) the dye used has a very peculiar smell to it - I had to wash it a couple of times in order to rid the garment of it...but it still lingers....very disappointing.

BEAUTIFUL TO LOOK AT BUT TERRIBLE FIT.
Oh wow, but what can I say? I am so terribly disappointed that once again a pair of Diane's jeans have such a poor fit through the rise. These jeans are beautiful and I am so very unhappy that they do not fit. Please rest assured that I have many pairs of jeans in my closet that fit me perfectly and all the same size as these jeans. These jeans fit perfectly through the hips and around my waist but the rise in the back is so low and the rise in the front is a bit too high. I am a seamstress and have made tailored clothing with bound button holes and welted flaps for over 30 years and I do machine embroidery. I used to make custom made to fit pants but I decided that I did not want to do that anymore because I have other things to pursue as I am an artist.I thought that I could keep the pants and try to alter them by adding to the back but I am not going to do that because I would have a pair of jeans with the pockets too low in the back and basically a jimmied pair of jeans that would look stupid. For your information the front rise on these jeans measured 11" 10/16th and the back rise is 15.5". MY Jones New York jeans measure 11 10/16" in the front and 17" in the back and they fit perfectly. You would have to have no backside to wear these jeans and believe me I am not big through the hips. So, once again I have to return them and I will have paid the shipping both ways and a $5 restocking fee to boot so that the shopping channel can pass on the problem on to another customer.Sandy don't you dare come back and brag about the wonderful fit of Diane's jeans. Some customers luck out but a lot of us do not and it is not the shape of our bodies that is causing the problem!!!!!!!!!!!
