Diane Gilman Studded & Jeweled Denim Shirt

I ordered this shirt to go with the red jeans but they do not match and as the jeans were a poor fit the whole outfit is going back.

The shirt was also way too big even though I have many of Dianne's shirts in the same size. Her sizing is so inconsistent that I order with great misgiving and for the most part will not order at all.

Found this one to be true to size and I have not had any problems yet with sequins falling off. I found the stud embellishment to be a bit dull, wish it was brighter. Too expensive at regular price but now that is on sale, it is worth it.

The Colour is gorgeous BUT the sizing is inconsistent.I ordered the1X and it is huge.
I washed it and it stayed huge but I am keeping it as I do not know whether the smaller size will be too small
The only real complaint I have is that the jewels come off in the washing machine.
They are supposed to be heat sealed but I found 3 of them in the bottom of the washer before it had even been worn!
This has happened with other jeweled and studded items but only after much wear.
Maybe I got a dud this time

Ihave purchased many items from this line and have been quite pleased with all. I purchased this shirt in my usual size and according to the size chart but find that it's more of a slim fit, it fits a little tighter than I was expecting. However it's still a nice shirt.

I purchased this shirt a while ago. I loved it and couldn't wait to receive it. When it finally arrived, I noticed that it had 7 studs missing and that there were others that were loose and looked like they were about to come off. I was truly disappointed at the poor workmanship!
Not what I expected with a shirt of this caliber. I knew that if I laundered it, more would come off. Not a shirt I wanted to keep. I sadly sent it back.
The sleeves were also very long and the trim of studs around them wouldn't have shown up if I had to turn them up.

This is my 1st purchase from this line. I used her sizing charts and ordered the matching jeans, as well. BOTH fit great--I couldn't be happier with the fit and quality.

I was so looking forward to wearing this shirt given the fact that the duster jacket was fantastic. However, I ordered an XL which was a bit too large , then I ordered a L which somehow turned out to be the same sizing as the XL...(I measured and compared the sizes!) so I wasted money on the shipping.. I have experienced problems in the past with DG shirts - sleeves are generally too long and the sizing is inconsistent.
