What it is:
DR-HO’S Air Orthotics are revolutionary new shoe insoles that help provide relief for painful foot problems as well as any ankle, knee, hip or back pain. These are unlike any other shoe insole on the market today, because they are embedded with 110 unique pressure-sensitive air pumps and a shock-absorbing heel plate. Who it is for:
The Air Orthotics come in a Men's (wider) and Women's (narrower) version that can be cut and customized to fit your foot size using the included "Measure and Trim Chart." For women with feet greater than 9.5, it is recommended to get the Men's version for better comfort.
What it does:
DR-HO’S Air Orthotics help relieve symptoms of tired & sore feet, lower back pain, hip & knee pain, plantar fasciitis, sweaty feet, ankle pain, flat feet and heel spur. The shock-absorbing heel plate is specifically designed to help reduce the impact caused during heel strike (when the heel strikes the ground while walking). It also helps to evenly distribute your body weight to help reduce the pain and pressure in the lower back, hip, knees, ankles and feet. By absorbing the impact and balancing your weight, DR-HO'S Air Orthotics helps reduce pain associated with heel spurs, bruised heel and plantar fasciitis.
The 110 pressure-sensitive air pumps help provide many benefits:
1. Each air pump functions as a shock absorber to help reduce the impact on your body caused by standing, lifting, walking or running. Being on your feet can cause shock waves that may aggravate muscles, irritate joints and initiate pain. These shock waves may lead to back, hip, knee, ankle and foot pain. By absorbing the shock waves, the 110 pressure-sensitive air pumps help provide fast relief for your feet, muscles and joints.
2. Beneath your body weight, the air pumps mold to the specific shape and arch of your feet. This helps maintain body mechanics and alignment. With proper alignment, there may be less strain on the muscles and less irritation to the joints, resulting in less pain.

Suggested Usage:
• Place your foot on the "Measure & Trim Chart" to measure your shoe size
• Cut out your shoe size from the chart
• Place the cutout into your shoe to ensure it is the correct size. If the cutout is the correct size, proceed to next step. If it not the correct size, re-measure your foot to ensure it is the correct shoe size
• Remove the cutout from your shoe and align the heel of the cutout to the hell of the Air Orthotic. Trim the Air Orthotic to be the same size as the cutout
• If you have removable insoles in your shoes, it is recommended you remove them prior to placing the Air Orthotics inside your shoes

After treating thousands of patients with common painful conditions such as migraines, headaches, spinal related conditions, sports, work and accident related injuries, Dr. Ho recognized many causative factors to their condition.
