About Dr. Ho and DR-HO'S® Muscle Therapy System™:
After treating thousands of patients with common painful conditions such as migraines, headaches, spinal related conditions, sports, work and accident related injuries, Dr. Ho recognized many causative factors to their condition. They had muscle tension, restriction in joint movements, repetitive physical strains on the job and were under excessive emotional stress at work and at home. He realized that if these causative factors could be minimized, then the patients could recover faster and function better. After having utilized many therapeutic devices on the market designed for clinical applications, Dr. Ho was disappointed at their limited results with chronic pain patients. It seemed that most devices initially worked well but then stopped providing the same level of response once the body became assimilated to them. These professional devices are often very complex to operate, expensive and are not as effect as the patients require them to be.
Dr. Michael Ho did some research and development with a group of very innovative engineers. The outcome was the DR-HO'S® Muscle Therapy System™. The DR-HO'S® Muscle Therapy System™ was initially designed for use within his clinic. During the testing period of nearly two years, hundreds of his patients placed their names on the waiting list for the opportunity to purchase this new device once it was available.
After another year of testing and making modifications, Dr. Ho created a device that provided more power and effectiveness than those bigger machines found in most clinics. The engineers pre-programmed all the functions so that it is very simple and safe to operate. They also programmed in an anti-assimilation program so that your body never gets over-stimulated by just one type of frequency pattern.
The products you love, delivered just when you need them! How does Auto Delivery work? You no longer have to re-order the products you enjoy the most! Once you've ordered an Auto Delivery item, shipments are automatically sent to you on an ongoing basis. You will be billed for and receive your first shipment promptly after placing your order, with subsequent shipments being sent out on a regular schedule (e.g. every 30, 60 or 90 days). Please see the individual product page for details on an item's pre-determined shipping schedule. You will be billed at your original order price each time an item is shipped. Shipping and billing are repeated at the pre-determined schedule, until you cancel your plan. Does the price I pay ever change? The original price you paid when you first ordered your Auto Delivery item is the price you are guaranteed for as long as your plan continues. If for any reason the retail price of your Auto Delivery product is reduced, we'll automatically adjust the price on your future shipments, guaranteeing you get the lowest price. Can I customize / cancel my Auto Delivery plan? You can change the frequency of your Auto Delivery shipments, once your first shipment has been received in our warehouse. Simply call our Customer Care Centre at 1-888-2020-888 and request a frequency between 30 to 120 days. If you're going to be away from home for an extended period of time, you can pause your shipments for up to 3 months. You can also change the payment method used for future billing or, should you need to, you can cancel your Auto Delivery plan at any time. Simply call us at 1-888-2020-888 to make these changes. How will I be billed for Auto Delivery shipments? Your credit card will be billed each time an Auto Delivery shipment leaves our warehouse. Can I pay for an Auto Delivery item using Easy Pay? Easy Pay payments are available on select Auto Delivery items, on the original shipment only. Please see the specific item's product detail page for confirmation on Easy Pay payments.
