Not as shown
By kit n kaboodle
This slipper arrived not as shown in picture. The pair I received do not have the top stitching and appear chunkier, bulkier, not as attractive for a woman's foot. The shoppers that reviewed this slipper as "slippery" are correct. They are better on carpet. However they would keep my feet warm over the winter months and are comfortable, so I need to decide if I will keep them or return them.

I just got mine and was very happy when I looked at them, they fit perfect, they seem to grip on slippery surface (tried rubbing them and notice the rubber bottoms 'catch'). I also have the Cheekers heel-less running shoe and love them too! Any negative reviews don't apply to my experience with them at all, and I've had the later over a year, still worn daily. Again, these are very nice slippers. Thanks! :)

slippery when dry
By JMA- thirfty shopper
First off let me say they are a slipping hazard on any hardfloor materials i.e. hardwood, laminate, sheet vinyl, tile and stone. Both my husbnd and I skipped on our dry kitchen floor when we tried them on for the first time. The lack of grip on the sole is like on a smooth leather sole. I suspect they would be alright on carpet, but that would be it. I bought these as a clearance - all three sizes. The I bought the large for my Dad who is in his late 80's. There is no way I would give them to him as his house is high polished hardwood throughout.I would hate to think of how slippery these would be if you hit a wet patch of flooring. like when you take off snowboots and put slippers on. For these reasons I would not suggest that any one purchase them.
