Sensor will not connect to alarm clock. Cannot read the front panel at night. Projection is not clear and totally useless. I am sorry I bought this product and very disappointed.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This product is garbage, the sensors don't give an accurate reading and if they are placed next to each other they are about 1 degree off at all times at best. The projector is very weak and at such a horrible angle it is never visible. Plus the sensor is not picked up by the main unit at minimal distances, I placed the sensor in my basement, about 15 feet away from the unit through one floor and it lost it's signal. Also according to the manual the remote sensor will only go down to a reading of -4 F, or about -20 C, which doesn't do much good for Canadian winters. But that doesn't matter much because the remote unit doesn't look like it would take much weather, not sealed well and has no wall mounting capabilities so it would likely break after the first snow or rain fall. I would be disappointed with this unit if I paid one 5th the cost, stay away from it
