10' Patio Umbrella with Colour Solar LED Lights

Wow...I thought I was the only one that had this problem. Had this product for 40 days and it snapped in half right at the pivet point on the pole. No real wind and it landed on one of my guests. Small lacerations but thank goodness he wasn't hurt worse. Would never buy another one of these again. I have always had confidence in the pieces that I buy from The Shopping Channel, but now that I see that there have been so many issues with these umbrellas and they have done nothing to resolve the issue with their customers, I will think twice before buying anything from here again

I must have hade better luck! I ordered this as a showstopper way back when, and I love it. It arrived intact, it is sturdy and it looks amazing at night. During the day it protects well against the sun. I am not the easiest customer either - I return things if i am not 100% satisfied! I am definitely happy with this product.

The pole broke in half the second time we used it. The pole is constructed from that cheap white metal that breaks so easily. Unfortunately we couldn't return it as the 30 days trial period had passed. Total waste of money. Biggest disappointment I have ever had with the Shopping Channel. The Shopping Channel should stop selling this item.

I bought this when it was the show stopper. The lights on the umbrella never worked but did not return it in time, then the wind bent the post in half, all this before it was even paid for on easypay! Cheaply made, I have had 3 or 4 other umbrellas and have never had this happen.

I am also extremely disappointed in this umbrella and that the Shopping Channel for not refunding my money or give us a credit. I have have the same experience as many others that after a short time, (just past 30 days) the umbrella pole split in two with on a beautiful hot sunny day. I called we called the Shopping Channel to try and get a refund we were told it was only a 30 day warranty and no guarantee. We purchased another umbrella elsewhere. Don't waste your money on this umbrella, or perhaps any item from this supplier.

love the lights, however the quality of the construction of the pole and hardware very disappointing, screw came of one arm, the top arm came out of the wire holding it in the center, too bad.

A nice size and light features are overshadowed by the shoddy workmanship and overall cheap/flimsy quality. Very little wind causes the tilt mechanism to somehow disintegrate, making it unable to stand up straight from that point on. With the umbrella always tilted, it just twists in the wind, eventually folding the ultra-thin tubing used for the stem where it meets the table.

I was sceptical buying from the Shopping Channel, but figured I would give this a try since it was a reasonable price for a 10-foot umbrella. Truth is, it isn't worth a quarter of the "Special Purchase" price, and ours lasted just long enough to be outside the ever-so-weak 30-day warranty period.

Please, for the love of summer, stay away from this product!

I am extrememly disappointed in this umbrella and in the Shopping Channel for not refunding our money. We had this umbrella for 45 days and in a bit of a gusty wind on a beautiful sunny day, the umbrella pole split in two like a matchstick. When we called the Shopping Channel to try and get a refund we were told it was only a 30 day warranty and guarantee on the purchase, so we are now out a lot of money with no umbrella to use for the summer (it's only the beginning of July). Now we have to spend more money on another umbrella elsewhere. An umbrella should not have to be replaced just one month into using it, it should at least last one season if not more, especially at this price. We will not be purchasing anything further from the Shopping Channel. Don't waste your money like we did!
