I am very impressed with this rake. It gets the job done and is very lightweight. It saves a lot of bending to pick up debris. Definitely recommended.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

It's about time!
It's about time someone invented a garden tool that works. Cedar clippings and leaves all over our gravel gardens. The Gark rakes it up and scoops it up without disturbing gravel or stones. Light and easy. The width is perfect to get in between shrubs without compromising enough shovel room. This is a all-in-one tool. Excellent tool. I no longer have to find the shovel, rake, sweeper, etc.
It really works!!
Works wonderfully.I like to use it to get leaves out of puddles. No bending. Just scoop and place it in the yard waste bag.

I bought this for my husband, but like it so much I've been using it. It's light and easy on the back. I especially like how quiet it is when raking leaves on our brick walkway. Note: it does require some muscle and a #1 Phillips screwdriver to put it together. Hope we get to see more products from this company.
Very useful for picking up sticks and leaves in the fall! Can't wait till spring to deathwatch the lawn and the clean-up after!

When I first got the rake I thought that I had made a mistake and I was sure I was going to return it. But, after using it I was glad that I had it. We just finished tilling the garden and I used the rake to remove the weeds. It not only removed the weeds but it also helped with the rocks. We have lots of rocks here in Nova Scotia and they are difficult to remove. I was able to sift the dirt and both the weeds and the rocks stayed on the rake. Even my husband was impressed. I have a bad back and because of the design and light weight I was able to work longer. Like I said - Great Rake!!
Great item but not an ideal rake.
Advantages: Very lightweight and well constructed. Good handle design.Disadvantage: Too stiff for using as a rake.Bought this item mainly to eliminate having to bend over to pick up the fall sheddings from the huge evergreen trees on our property after they have already been raked. It works great for that since it is so lightweight and the design makes it easy to scoop stuff off the ground and put it into yardbags. The bent grip-style handle also makes it much easer to use than a conventional straight handle in my opinion making it much easer on the back and arms.As a rake, however it is not perfect since the tines are so stiff the raking action is not particularly smooth. But this was to be expected when we purchased it. It is very well constructed though and seems like it would last forever. It is also useful for various other tasks such as working with soil, small rocks, mulch, etc.Overall a very useful and well made tool but not a perfect substitution for a conventional rake.

I hve been using it for picking up apples works great if you rake them in piles first. The next project will be raking leaves. great tool. would buy it again.

Handy Yard and Garden Tool
I like this garden tool. As everyone says, it is lightweight which when you are out there for hours, is a good thing. I gave it five stars because it is a nice tool, even though I had problems getting the top handle on and had to go get a screw of my own to go through the handle. I hope they come up with other garden tools from the Netherlands to bring to us.

Since my husband and I own a farm, I've been able to try this tool out on several tasks. It works well on cleaning up the dogs' "business", the ground fall apples, and the smaller twigs and leaves, both on the ground and laying on water after heavy rainfalls. It's lightweight and easily stored. The only improvement I could recommend is that it be made a bit wider so more could be collected at one time.
