Don't waste your money!

First ordered this product in May of 2013. Loved it because of the ease to move it around and how compact it is. However, it didn't last the season, the inner liner separated from the clamps at the end of the hose. When I contacted The Shopping Channel it was past their warranty period, so they were unable to replace it.In May of this year, I received an e-mail from The Shopping Channel stating that my experience with the product did not live up to expectations and, in partnership with the vendor, they were shipping me a "new and improved" hose with metal clamps that improve the durability. I used the hose for less than a month and it blew a hole in the side of the hose. So the "new and improved" version still does not hold up.When I contacted customer service via e-mail I received a response that included the following: "Please contact our Customer Care Centre at 1-888-2020-888 and speak to an agent to arrange an exchange. When you contact us, we will verify the availability of the item, reserve it for you and provide you with a return authorization number. This number must be clearly printed on your order summary that accompanies the return. Please use the online Easy Return Label available at www.theshoppingchannel.com/EasyReturn to return the item. Once the item is received at our warehouse your replacement order will be shipped. You will not be billed for the replacement order and any easy pays on the order will continue to be billed on schedule."I contacted them today and was told that the hose was replaced on their good will so they won't replace it.So a substandard product was replace with another substandard or possibly faulty product and no further action will be taken to ensure the customer has received a product that can be used.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
