Sterling Silver Gemstone Ring with Sapphires

The opal is very clear with glass like appearance. It has light orange tint with just a tiny bit of green flash. At this price the opal should be of better quality. You can't tell from the picture or video but the undergallery is clearly visible through the center stone. The topaz is nice but blue sapphires are not matched ranging from pale to dark blue. The setting is very sloppy. Sent it back the same day it was received.

Buyers beware. I ordered two, one for my daughter and one for myself. When I received them the two opals looked distinctively different. One was brownish in colour and the other was like glass. A red flag went up and I took the rings to a reputable jeweller. He said they were definitely NOT Ethiopian opals, but man made. The vendor said they were real and the write-up under the ring said they were real Ethiopian opals. I have, unfortunatley lost trust with this vendor. I have to ask, what other products have stones that are not genuine? I order from the Shopping Channel because I believe in what I am told about a product. Now, I am having doubts about shopping with the shopping channel again. I hope they take my comments seriously.

I purchased both sapphire rings when they were at a cheaper price & when I got them at home I totally loved them. They're soooo pretty, I can't stop looking at it & playing with it. I love the blue sapphire ring a little better than the pink; but they're both wonderful!! :) I'm very happy with this purchase. The stones are great quality, shiny & just sparkle real nice. :)
