love it (should have got it sooner)

I have been wanting this ring for months now, but after reading some of the reviews I was worried. I finally broke down and bought it (since I love my other generations 1912 ring) and i regret not buying it sooner.

The colour shifting is gorgeous, it's totally different in the sunlight. I love the quality, I love the look and I find it perfect as thumb ring (despte what some may say.)

Whenever I want to feel really dressy I wear this ring. The setting is beautiful and unique. The sparkle in the stones makes the color changes take your breath away. Really special.

Lovely setting,stones too tiny

I really like this line and have been searching for something that is unusual but a bit understated like this ring.
This is a nicely crafted setting but the gems are so much smaller than they appear in the photos that I sent my ring back.
I would have kept the ring if there was any possibility to see the colour change in the gem but either I'm colour blind or have visual impairments but nevertheless the ring disappoints.

beautiful ring

the reviewer below does not understand good workmanship in jewellery. the ring is exquisitely made and to be able to get such a unique design at this price is unbelievable. color change garnet is rare. to get a big piece of stone would greatly increase the price of this ring. the 7 garnets are dainty but exhibit a big colorchange for me. i kept mine and if you get one too, you'll love it.

Advertising better than reality

Par C. Agnew

When I viewed the product on the site and heard the description I was hooked. When I opened the box, I was disappointed. The garnets may very well change colour but you can barely see them. I expected more for the price. I kept it a few days and tried it on more than once. My first impression remained--the setting is wonderful, the detail is exquisite but the garnets are not. I sent it back.
