About Generations 1912

Generations 1912 has the look and feel of a bygone era. Inspired by original molds and models from the Art Deco period, the collection creates new traditions that can be treasured for generations. Each item in the collection is an exquisite piece of fine jewelry, with exotic genuine gemstones and diamonds. Proudly manufactured in the United States, every piece features engravings and mil-grain work all crafted by hand at Weinman Bros. in New York City. The result is heirloom-quality and tradition, making each masterpiece worthy of your own family treasure.

About Bob Weinman

Third generation jewelry designer Bob Weinman grew up experiencing the art of jewelry making visiting his father and grandfather at their family business. Engrained with a strong sense of tradition, Bob felt passionate about continuing the business his grandfather created nearly one hundred years ago. Several years back, Bob discovered the original molds and models from his grandfather’s line, which inspired the creation of Generations 1912. The craftsmanship and attention to detail of the Art Deco era motivated Bob to continue creating fine jewelry with the look and feel of that bygone period. His family pride, interest, and passion for the business continues with the creation of exciting new items from his grandfather’s collection.

What a keeper! I also am in love with Bobs'designs.I have many pieces and he never fails to delight. What I do need is a bar and diamond chain in yellow gold. Many years ago I bought his white gold one and at that time it was only in white.I love it and wear it but I'm a yellow gold girl. Please Bob if you read these make us girls some. This tanzanite ring is another favorite.

Love This Ring!

I had tried to write a review on this ring but it didn't work. Although I have this ring with me since Bob's last visit I would like to give my review. I love the colour of the stone. I have been looking for a big one like this one and although it is in silver I still find that the quality is there. I am always satisfied with Bob's jewellery and I own many of them.I like the style and the quality of the work. I have only praise for this beautiful piece of art. I think that 1912 is my favourite jeweller and I tell people that he is my jeweller from NY whenever I receive a compliment on one of his many jewellery that I own. Thanks Bob for giving us such quality.

Very Nice!

Par Ruby

I was waiting for this ring to come back in stock in the rhodium in my size. It came available in the gold so I decided to go ahead and purchase it. (the next day it came available in my size in the rhodium) It is a gorgeous ring in either colour. It is very vintage so I do believe that you would have to be a vintage lover to appreciate this ring. The tanzanite stone in this ring is a knockout! It is big and a luscious, vibrant blue/purple colour. The tanzanite looks more blue in the rhodium plate and more purple in the gold plate. I would recommend this ring in either gold or rhodium if you love vintage and tanzanite!
p.s. I kept it in the rhodium plate, but if I could afford both I would have kept both!

Stunning!!

Par Ruby

This ring is gorgeous! I am so glad that it came back in stock in my size. I can't believe they could provide such a huge, beautiful tanzanite for the price of this ring. The stone is gorgeous! On the video and picture online the ring looks like it is raised however, it sits beautifully on my finger. The ring is very vintage looking. Ilove the ring and would recommend it to anyone that loves the vintage look!

This ring is gorgeous! The size and colour of tanzanite does not disappoint. Design sits low to hand which I prefer. Have two other Generations 1912 rings in gold and appreciate this offering in sterling silver to make it easier on the wallet. Thank you Bob!

Boy you really did outdo yourself with this ring Bob! I loved the look of the ring so much that I ordered my first ever gold plated ring. The yellow is very warm and rich looking, and the carving of the flower with tendrils on either side of the shank is breathtaking! The tanzanite is large, very clear, and a gorgeous rich colour, and the ring itself is low profile and very solid and VERY comfortable on. I just LOVE it!!!!!! A bit concerned about the wear factor of the yellow gold plating having never owned anything yellow gold plated, only rhodium plated, but sure hoping it lasts awhile. I hold this ring on par with a 14 karat yellow gold marquise tanzanite with 2 alexandrites showstopper ring from Generations a number of years back now. I love both of my tanzanite rings from Generations 1912, thank you Bob for such a sweet deal on a ring of this caliber with a large tanzanite of this caliber, you really OUTDID yourself with this one, thank you!!!!!!!!!
