Love this bra line...the straps stay in place. Moves with you not against you. I like the modesty pads for obvious reasons, especially in air conditioning places. Very comfortable, especially for long hour workers. Has enough support as well!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

need larger sizes
I agree with Shopaholic in Whitby. Sandy showed us a size 8 woman who needs a 2X bra. What hope is there for us larger women- and your clothing lines show that there are many of us. I measure as 5X, wear the 3X, but only at home. The bra is comfortable, but the "uniboob" as my daughter calls it, is not something I would parade in public. I find it much easier to wear the pads next to my skin.
Still on the fence about returning the bras -I ordered a 3x - normally would have ordered 1X - I am a "B" cup although the bra itself fits the cups are too small - very disappointed.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Not Happy! I have never given a product on the Shopping Channel a bad review until now....Over time I have purchased size 1X, 2X and 3X trying to find the right fit. 1X was too small; gave those away. The 2X was perfect at time of purchase but even after washing them in cold water and hanging them to dry they shrunk. The pads lose the silky cover quickly and then they are difficult to move around. I had alot of bulging around the pads and was constantly tugging at the bra to keep it in place. When I ordered the 3X with the lace I didn't get any support so am very disappointed. Have not even worn them in public. I have spent alot of money but still have to go shopping for new bras.
Swear by it
I bought a single bra at the store and it didn't fit right but liked the comfort. Saw it on TSC and decided to give it another try after reading the reviews and the suggestion to take a size up for fuller gals. Got the 3X and very pleased. Very comfy.
good deal good buy
I have ordered all the different colours and enjoy the bras but agree there needs to be a size that provides more space in the cup area. Sizing up helps a bit but they are squishy. I would like to be able to try one size larger and I wonder why noone brings in enough of the larger sizes. All the products seem to sell out. Not just Genie.
Returned. Can't Adjust.
Would have kept these but the shoulder straps were much too long and there is no way to shorten or adjust them (and I didn't want to take them to get shortened and incur that cost as well). They would be a good option if the straps were adjustable. Not for me.

Need larger sizes
from Whitby, Ontario
I own several different styles of genie and enjoy them. However, it is suggested that larger women order up sizes but the sizes necessary aren't being made available. Genie needs to produce a 4x size. It sounds huge but in reality a 2x might work for a D cup but us DD and DDD gals need more support. Please bring it on in bigger sizes please. We're not all skinny you know.

Very comfortable bra, but you do need to order up in size. They wash well but I never put them in the dryer. Just hang to dry. They have lots of support, the bra pads cover up nicely, great stretch and a comfortable bra to wear on the weekends.

Size doesnt matter :)
from Windsor ON
I have been wearing Genie Bra's for 2 or 3 years now. I have them in sizes: L XL 1X and last month ordered 2X. My size and weight have not changed, still a 42D. I have found that all the larger size does is give more fabric coverage around the breast tissue area and around the back. I dont feel as pushed in with the 2X as I did with the L. I still wear them all but feel best in the 2XL.Genie is the only bra I wearThe pads stand up well with hand washing/lay flat to dry. Thanks Sandy for your help in detailed measurement description..I finally listened about the size and let go of the numbers LOL
