Frying pans are better than I expected
Using the pans for a month on a ceramic cooktop. I have reduced the heat setting and I use about half of the oil in cooking brown rice and stir fry. Our family is trying to eat healthier and this really helps. Perfect for cooking red peppers, onions eggs and delicate food such as fish. We have to remember not to leave on heat, however cleaning is really easy with a paper towel - they are helping my daughter learn how to cook because- no burned meals or cooking disasters. I use steel pans to grill meat at a higher temperature.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

These pans are a disaster.

These pans stick all the time. For the first few months they seemed great but then they started to stick and turn colour. At this point I cannot get them clean and am ready to throw them out. Very disappointed and I am surprised that Mark Mcewen still endorses such a poor product.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Horrible, horrible, horrible!

When I first got these pans I thought they were amazing, I promptly threw out two of my older kitchenaid teflon pans, oh do I regret that decision. I wish I could post pictures of what these two pans look like today. At least if the coating was black it wouldn't show. They are horrible, everything sticks whether you use pam, or olive oil or any other fat. I'm hoping mine are the exception and the replacement set will be better. Does anyone know how to apply for the warranty exchange?
Love these Pans
I have never used Green Pan, and I wasn't too sure about this non-stick surface, but I LOVE IT. I loved the quality of the pans too. I always find that pans are poorly made and fall apart within the year.I was so impressed with these pans that I will be replacing all my pans and pots with Green Pan. It's worth the money.

My main complaint about the pans are the lack of lids. My other complaint is people were showed using a variety of "things" when cleaning and manipulating food within the pans. When I received the pans and instructions, I was advised to use either a soft cloth or paper towel, definitely not a scruffy. The cloth and/or paper towel does not removed the oil and I have to use a nylon scruffy. From the information I saw during the show, I thought I would not have to use oil any more, but the info with the pans recommends wiping the pans with a bit of oil.I do feel this "coating" is safer for me than teflon and have deliberately eliminated all teflon pots & pans from my kitchen.I am also happier to cook with a lower heat, which is recommended in the info that came with the pans. I do have a little problem with food kind of sticking, such as pancakes or eggs, but I am slowly adjusting the pan temperature to see if that (and my stove top) is the problem.

Just love these 2 frying pans. I was a little hesitant when I saw them being demonstrated but I now know it is all true. Clean up a breeze and can't wait to show my friend who always telling me I never buy quality!
stains don't come off
used the pan to fry up an eggnoriced after immediate wash (after it cooled ) the there is a stain that won't come outnon stick should not have a stain on it disappointed because of the stainhow is this itme any better than other non stick pansnot very green
Thermalon Frying Pans truly "Rock!!!"
These pans are wonderful to use. They conduct heat evenly, are of excellent quality, and are very well balanced. The non-stick finish is superior to any other that I have used. Great value.
The best pan

I've bough these for myself and my parents. I do not have any cookware made with teflon (the worst, from an environmental and health perspective). So I usually use glassware, and stoneware. These are a great option for pans. Clean them very easily with a little of biodegradable soap and a pinch of sodium bicarbonate.

Don't Miss Out on These Pans!

These pans are an absolute dream. The heft is just right and the performanceis an academy award winner. If you preheat the pans no matter what you are frying the results are always perfect. The cleanup is truly a dream. A paper towel is all it takes if your recipe requires to be done in batches. Otherwise a quick swirl with a soapy pad and rinse in hot water and they look brand new!I'll definitely be buying other styles when they are offered in the future.
