I JUST BOUGHT MY SECOND ONE OF THESE!!
By LOVE TO SHOP
I just love this small frypan. I buy large size eggs, and two fit very well in this pan. I also use it for cooking a hamburger patty, and onions or veggies work well too in small amounts. Always use medium to low heat, that aids in cooking as well because it keeps me from overcooking or burning anything! It's super easy to clean, too. I bought a second one just in case they ever stop making this convenient size. I love it and I think you will love it, too!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I wanted to try out green pan without the big investment as there are a lot of mixed reviews and this pan was perfect for that.It is super tiny - 1 egg fills the pan. But I can slide the egg right out of the pan once it's done. All without using any added oil.The pan gets super hot on medium so you really don't need a higher heat. Let the pan heat up before you add anything to it and it will work really well. Watch out for the riveted area as that is where things will stick - those are not coated and I found things stuck if I let them touch there.I've used the pan for a lot of different little jobs and haven't put it away since it arrived as I find a use for it most days. so far there are no scratches and clean up has been very easy.It isn't perfect though - that handle really does heat up.
good for one egg

It is perfect to cook one egg. However, it would be nice to have a clear lid that fits snuggly on top to baste the egg. I would like to have a handle cover as it gets extremely hot.

Not dissapointed !
I did'nt by it for the eggs, I needed a very small frying pan for making crapes. My husband is diabetic and he loves crapes. The regular size frypan is to much for him, but this litle 5" just the size I figured will do the trick. It did!!!Thank you Green Pan. Now if the handle would not heat up, it would be a 5 star litle pan. Can Green Pan work on it?

Like all the GreenPan products I own, this mini egg pan is equally well made (although not as heavy as the professional series pans). I purchased two of them and have used them to bake and serve small omelettes. Only complaint is that they are tiny and you would be hard-pressed to scramble more than one egg at a time. I'm sure I will think of other uses for them as time goes on!

Great Little Pan!
This pan like all the Green Pan I have works just great! I use it for small sides for myself like cooking mushrooms and it is just perfect for cooking one egg. I have many Green Pan sets including fry pans, pots, cookie sheets, roasting pans etc. The key to using them is to abide and understand the proper care for them. Do not use metal or abrasives on them and if stored properly they should last for many years! All of my Green Pans work just great and even though I use them practically everyday the still look and act like they are brand new. Just a tip I did not buy the protectors to put in between them. I just use pieces of bubble wrap in between them when stacking them and that works just fine to protect them.

This is a very light-weight, coated(aluminum)pan and works well to make an egg...(best to buy double yolked eggs to fit the pan if you want the closest way to frying two at a time). Be aware of the handle becoming very hot as it's steel and heats up quickly on the small burner(even when the handle is on the edge of that burner) at low heat...#4 on my average stove. I returned mine, could not justify the price for what I was paying for.

It works, the egg just slides out. My only wish is that it comes just a bit bigger maybe 7 inch so I can flip the egg easily.
So far so good

This is my 4th pan from them. I found in the original pans that the food seems to stick although I think if you go at a low heat then its better. This pan I believe is the new improved one so we will see if it lives up to it. Its a handy pan to just fry and egg or some small food item. I would give this a 4 star.
Now this is what I call non-stick
I bought the 5" pan to test the quality of the product. It proves to live up to the results shown on the TV demo. I am impressed and will be buying a larger version. One thing I would like to see is a heavier base on the pan for better heat control.
