Earlier reviewer is correct.....these must be brought to temperature before you use. Also no high heat...medium only. Handwash only and only use wooden or plastic on it. They also clean up quickly and easily. I love mine.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

These pans are nice to look at, but don't cook anything in them. Even with spray or butter, you'll. have a real mess to contend with.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

doesn't do as they claim I get better results from a $19.99 pan from any store bought. Total waste of money

Don't give up on these pans
It took me many frustrating stuck meals to get it right. The key is letting the pan get hot enough before you put whatever you're making in it.These pans are meant for medium heat so depending on your stove you have to give it time. I do a test by putting in a drop of water and if it sizzles, it's hot enough and I don't have a problem. Don't give up! These are the best healthiest pans out there.

everything sticks in this pan(eggs, potatoes , sauces, meats) and I am so dissappointed in it. I have tried everything to stop it from sticking and nothing helps. might just as well have kept using my old cast iron pan

I would not buy this again
By Disappointed :-( .
from Toronto area
I would not buy this product again as almost everything sticks to it. I do not see how they can advertise it as a non-stick. They must do something to the pan on their demo, as it does not work the same way in real world use. Eggs, pancakes, bacon & other food I've used it for all stick to it. It also does not clean up easy. It definitley not a non stick pan. The only good thing I can say about it is, that it is solidly built, but so are many other pans.Disappointed :-(
