This whole line is the greatest EVER!! The problem with sticking and discoloration is what your are using to cook your food in. True, during airing they should make it clear that those problems[ even the buildup of invisible film] are caused from using either olive oil or cooking spray. Both are a no-no with these and it is on label of instructions/care when you receive it. One time a guest used my pan and made mistake of using cooking spray and I had some brown discoloration and stickiness nothing seemed to remove UNTIL I decided to try and take it off with my EarthBrite. Took it all off in seconds. Gotta love that stuff, saved my Greenpan. Would not use any other cook wear and I have been using mine for 3 years now
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Important lesson learned
We too had issues with sticking for a time period- what we discovered was that if we had used a pan spray like Pam or otherwise- a film was created on the bottom of the pan and would not wash off! And stuff would stick. When we switched to using coconut oil (organic) - presto ! No problem- no sticking- no film and pans are several years old now and look and act brand new. We have discontinued using any of those fake pan sprays and only use natural products like the coconut oil or butter. I love the pans , we have 2- 12 inch, 1-8 inch and a double handled skillet. They are invaluable!

I took care of these pans. I bought a showstopper where i received two of them. They are both going to metal recycle and I have purchased a new set of pansVery disappointed. Once you cook eggs in them they are going to ruin. I always cook on medium heat.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The key is Hotness!
I love these pans - NOW. I learned after many messy stuck pans, that the key to stick free is letting the pan and oil get hot enough. When I take the time and let it get hot, I have no problems, things just slide out of the pan. Don't give up these are the best, healthiest pans out there.

Don't waste your money
These pans are great for the first little while but after a few months, everything sticks and they are impossible to clean. And it's not just me. I bought several sets for my family and my friend bought several sets too. Everyone is having the same problem. It's to the point where I'm going to throw mine out.

Not So Impressed!
Eggs stick to this product, and then it is hard to clean up after. Cooked some turkey bacon and it seemed to stick and the pan turned brown. Not what I expected. Fine if you want to saute or stir fry.

I am very disappointed in this product! I so wanted to love these pans, being an avid cook and always looking for that perfect pan. I babied these pans from day 1, and I will tell you that after a short time, the food sticks. I never used harsh cooking utensils and I always carefully handwashed them and did not use high heat. But, an area of the pan started wearing down after about a week and spread like a bad rash, and now everything sticks to it. Save your money!!!!

I purchased two sets of these pans, one for myself and one for my son-in-law when they were the showstopper. My son-in-law loves them as well and fully instructed my daughter as to the use of them as he did not want them abused. These are amazing pans. I love them and look forward to increasing my collection.I am truly surprised about the reviews with regards to sticking. I have had no issues at all, however, I had to read the instructions a couple of times to remind myself that one cooks on medium heat and not on high.Looking forward to another set of the pots to come on soon!
no I would not recommend this pan
Even with proper care things stick. Demo and testimonials on the channel sounded great. We purchased and were impressed for a few months andwent downhill from there. Doesn't matter how careful you are with utensils and heat setting - EVERYTHING STICKS. Pan is heading for trash.
