Love this product!

I don't understand why customers are giving this product such low ratings! I have been a Greenpan user for at least three years and have no complaints. I have purchased the Professional Series so maybe that makes a difference...but the pans I have continue to provide excellent outcomes.I not only use the fry pans but also many of the baking pans which are not available at TSC at this time. I have sauce pans, fry pans, baking pans, the electric griddle (which I just love!) and all give me excellent results. I'm sure the cooking temperature is a factor if people are getting poor results...high heat is NOT recommended. Having said that, the baking pans can be used just like other baking pans whether glass, aluminum, non-stick etc...I made scalloped potatoes in the 8 inch baking pan the other day and could literally 'slide' the potatoes out of the pan!Yes, they are expensive so I purchased mine as Showstoppers. I am careful when storing the pans and use dish towels between each pan to protect the surface. I do this with all my quality pots and pans.Unless the product quality has decreased over the years, I have no problem recommending Greenpan to my family and friends.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I have had these pans for a few years now and I can't say enough about them! I know a friend of mine bought the previous classic series and had all kinds of problems with sticking but with the professional series, I find them to cook amazing every time. At first they can stick a little when new and I would recommend wiping with olive oil before use but, after a few weeks I didn't have to do that anymore. I can't figure out the previous negative reviews. Maybe cooking at too high a heat? These pans do best when cooking no higher than medium heat. A great set and I love that they are not toxic! Highly recommend!

Lousy pan, save your money

Two stars for being green/environmentally friendly, but really these pans are no good for normal cooking. I got the professional series pans in a trio at a show stopper price. It is okay to cook an egg on low heat and if you add a bit of butter, but bacon, scrambled eggs, a seasoned steak, floured fish, breaded meat, etc. and it will stick like mad no matter how low the heat. I really don't know what they do when they have the demos on the shopping channel. They did not perform like that on my home stove. They are very temperamental pans and not a joy to use. I have one remaining and will throw it out, not good enough even for good will imo because you know it will be a major hassle for another person.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

yes it does stick

I have had my green pan 9.5" pan for a few years now but I haven't used it much. I'm finally getting around to writing my review. It is not as advertised, I have had so many problems with it sticking and it would be thrown out if I used it in a commercial kitchen, I am a professional cook. It looks brand new but even though I have seasoned it several times that is the only way that it will not stick. I mostly cook eggs in it and this past weekend was the last straw, I made scrambled eggs for a thanksgiving breakfast and sure enough, not a good outcome. DO NOT PURCHASE these green pan products.

I have this fry pan and it does not stick, i have cooked many different things in it and never had a problem. Altogether i have 6 of the green pans.Chicken breasts, fish. Also i cook zuchinni,mushrooms and fresh tomatoes, never had a problem.i have had mine for more than 2 years.Two of my pans are the large cookie trays, i have cooked a spatchcock chicken in it with vegetables all around the chicken and it was very good, easy clean up.

absoloutely the worst

After only a dozen uses everything started to stick very badly as another reviewer has also stated. They were never used with high heat or abused in any way, just stir frys done in this pan. Do not throw your money away, these do not last!!!
