Simply turn the valve to release a steady stream of water that instantly turns to steam from the heat of the grill. The Grill Daddy comes with an indoor/outdoor beef thermometer. It is guaranteed to work when cooking with your BBQ, oven, stove top or microwave. Simply insert it into the beef, wait 3-5 seconds and remove. The thermometer will reveal a visible colour change when your beef is rare, medium or well done!
