Inversion Table With EZ Reach Ankle System

I love this inversion table and so glad I finally made the purchase. I have wanted to purchases this the many times that it was aired. I worried that if I did not like it or if it did not work the way it was shown on TV that I would have the trouble of shipping back the large item. But I am so happy that I did order it. I have more energy and most definetly feel taller. I use it before bed time and finally get a great full nights sleep.

I have owned this original inversion table for 13 years. It is by far the best quality!! I did buy another brand 4 years ago for my parents but it kept breaking!! What a waste of money and time. Since using the inversion table, my height has increased 3/4 of a inch (who doesn't want to be taller?), My posture is much straighter and I love the upside down sit ups - or as I call them......"leg ups".

I have owned this table for 3 yrs now. I use it everyday for 1-2 minutes - morning and night.

Using it at night allows me to sleep better and not get up in the morning with a stiff back. In the morning is really gives me a good 'cat back stretch'. Sometimes I can feel the vertebra move back into place and pressure relief from standing too long in one spot.

Sometimes, I get pretty stressed out and my muscles in my back start to tighten causing me to 'twist'. I think about going to the chiropactor, but before I do (because of the cost per visit is so high), I use the table. Hanging upside down, it really stretches my muscles and about 2 days later I'm feeling really good.

I still go and see the chiropactor for a physical adjustments once a month and I'm ok with paying for a once a month visit.

PS. After 3 yrs I'm not comfortable with being 180 deg upside down because, I'm scared I won't flip back up. So, I always keep it on the next angle up using the Pre-set Rotation Control strap under the table. This angle is perfect for me - physically and mentally.

I highly recommend this to anyone who has a stiff, sore or just want do the 'perfect' stretch safely without throwing out your back.

My husband and I use this table and love how the days pain just goes away. Plus makes you feel great and gives you energy.

My husband is on a 2 year waitlist for back surgery so he thought he would buy the Gym Inversion to see if it provided any relief. He uses it everyday and has found that it does provide him with pain relief. Easy to set up and easy to use.
