I agree with many of the viewer's comments, such as:Handle feels weak; missing accessories.Even on the lowest setting, there is still too muchsteam produced on my high gloss tile floors, leaving water marks & streaks which I have to dry with another fiber mop, making for double the work. The settings dial lettering & colors is too dark & impossible to read. I also find the cord too stiff & rigid to wind up. I tolerate all of these problems as I haven't found anything else on the market that is satisfactory so far. I'm asking Mr. Dyson to take up the challenge & willing to pay more for a well-made product.

Time will tell
Perhaps this review is premature as we have only used it once. My cleaner & I watched the video. The head is much smaller than the 1st one I bought (Not H2O). Like the on/off switch; like the choice of steam; steam comes quickly. Problems are: YES, it does leave streaks Chad (on low). My cleaner said that it was hard to push on hardwood. Handle is weak. One container of water only did part of the first floor. The jury is out until my gal comes again next week. I want to try it for upholstery and bedding. We have not tried the attachments. Why do they always make the pads WHITE? I never get them looking clean again. Time will tell if it conks out like so many others. Too early to recommend.

I have used my H20 Steam Mop now for over 8 months; I have hardwood floors, ceramic tiles & carpeting throught my home; I absolutely Love It; it pretty much does everything it says it will do; I have not had any problems with it & have used it on all 3 different flooring mediums with excellent success. I have not experienced any problems with it, but I will say the handle is very flimsy so you need to be careful.

My recommendation is DO NOT BUY. I bought a previous one and it was several months before I got around to using it, it worked twice and gave out. I purchased another because the demonstrator is so persuasive that I thought I wasn't using it correctly, but it still didn't work when I tried reusing it again so I thought it was defective and it was too late to do anything about it now, so I purchased another and the same thing, DIDN'T WORK. The demonstrator makes it so easy when IT IS NOT! Perhaps there should be a woman doing the demonstration. This time, when I return this one,at least I will get my money back. ANOTHER THING, the markings for the various steam levels is in medium/dark blue and very hard to see; it needs to be WHITE. I'm surprised this company hasn't noticed this and made a change. THIS IS NOT A WELL MADE MACHINE IN MY OPINION. WASTE OF MONEY.
DO NOT BUY
DO not buy this mop. I had it for a few months and then it stopped producing steam. It's a complete waste of money and a piece of garbage.
Steamer quits working after a year!
By Clean House
I like this mop when it worked. Did find the cord too short and after a year, the steamer quit working.

Great Little Mop
By Jackie K.

I have used this mop on both tiles and carpets and it works wonders. Have also used it in the bathroom to clean around radiators and it does everything it is supposed to do. Bought it as a Showstopper and it is worth the price. Very pleased with this product.

It's OK... that's all!
from Fort McMurray, Alberta
Bought this to steam clean the beds and, of course, floors but to actually kill dust mites and disinfect properly, you have to leave steam on each spot for 10 to 15 seconds to be effective. I don't have 3 days for my bed to dry! (Never the less 3 hours just to do a mattress!)Even on low steam, the mop gets far too wet and moving it about is hard on the arms. Not very practical.

I just LOVE, LOVE, Love my H20 Mop! Used it a few times on my hallway carpet, floors, and steaming my beding, and clothing. It works GREAT! The only issue that I have is that the extension handle feels weak, so I don't put much pressure on it. I also didn't receive the beaker for it to put the water into it, but I use a cup for that. I would recommend this to everyone! It cuts down a lot of time for cleaning.

Streaking and Sputtering
from Summerland, B.C.
I used this item on my ceramic floor in a small bathroom. Before I was done, the mop head was soaked and water was streaking across the tile. I had to take my micro-fiber mop to dry the floors. I then tried it on some laminate flooring in my living room (once again using the 1-2 setting) and again streaking and this time sputtering and dripping water. I then tried just the steam setting on my kitchen counters and once again it was sputtering and even leaking. Probably a defective one, but do not want to go to the trouble of reordering it.Very unhappy and have packaged up this item and returning it. It is going to be one very expensive mop by the time I return it. Very unhappy about having to pay for S&H twice. Poor product.
