Sharper Image 2 in 1 Hand Stick Vac

I really like this for cat litter. does a great job on the kitchen floor, whereas my big vacuum just scatters it. It also is good for a quick vacuum on carpet when it just needs a light pick up.

I do have to adjust it to sit flat on the floor and the head swivels around too easily when the extension wands are attached. But I don't need to use it for long enough for these issues to annoy me

I purchased this unit for my motorhome to help with the pet hair and sand but I dont know if i just got a bum unit or what as barely picks anything up , seems to lose its power fairly quickly with only a small amount of debris in the canister . Also the floor attachment is way to sloppy cant get the darn thing to stay on the floor keeps twisting itself up off the floor . All in all I am not very pleased with it. A broom works better :(

I just received this little hand stich today, I immediately got to work with it, at first I thought this has to much play in it to control how the floor tool moved, but after just kind of twisting your wrist with it to control it and where it goes, it works like a charm, now keep in mind it is not your major vaccumn cleaner, but I was able to do area rugs and stairs with it and had no problem, great for quick jobs and clean ups. Worth the price for sure not having to pull out the big vac., and is very powerful for such a small machine, and no charging is a plus. LOVE IT!!!!!

I was very disappointed with this item it was ok on hard floors but when it came to carpets it did not move easily, kept turning and difficult to pull forward. I think the whole machine is too small my swiffer did a better job

I bought this for our motorhome because of how light weight the product is and the reviews looked good. However, unfortunately I did not have my motorhome out of storage within the 30 day review period. At home on wood floors it works great. However, once on carpet it does not work at all. The vacuum head is way too light and keeps popping up. This is too bad as the suction is very good. So the advertising is not accurate on this product. I am now 60 days since buying and it is too late to return and it has been used three times. BUMMER! Do not buy if planning on using it on carpet as you will be disappointed.

This vac is meant for small jobs which it does well. It also has great suction power. The dirt cup is small but so are all of the dirt cups on mini-vacs. It is very lightweight, (another brand I was considering was so heavy I didn't think I could use it). My expensive Dyson cannister vac wand won't fit down the sides of my washer/dryer or fridge to get the dustballs. I had a Black & Decker rechargeable hand vac which also would not reach down the sides of appliances. The rechargeable vac would also run out of power before I had finished the jobs I wanted to do. Despite this vacs limitations at least it does not run out of power. It is great for pet hair and crumbs on hard surface floors. Yes, it did smell terrible at first but that lessened over time, especially after I hand washed the filter and let it air dry. Yes, I would recommend this vac but keep in mind it is for small jobs. Your full-size regular vac is for the complete cleanings.

It's best for bare floors and small rugs I have found. I love how light it is for quick pick-up and put away tasks. What was disappointing was the swivel action is too loose so that the end moves around too much for doing rug on stairs. It would be good if this could be controlled more.

lightweight and very efficient product.

I like to have a small but still powerful little hand-type held vac on each level of my home. I liked the fact that I did not have to worry about it being a recharging one because I have spent far too much replacing the batteries that lose their charge after a few months and become virtually useless, or just buying a new one to replace it. The cord is a little short I find especially for quickly touching up the stairs. And I, too, find the dirt cup small, but most companies make small ones. To do small jobs, the foyers, it serves its purpose for me. Anything more requires the a decent size vacuum to be pulled out.

Used this twice second time not so great cord is too short. Would not reach the top of stairs. Have returned the product
