Purchased showstopper 3piece and after the 3rd use, while travelling by Airline to San Diego in Dec. 2014, the large piece cracked. Called Hayes and customer service was not helpful – in fact was quite rude. Bottom line, be careful when buying these Hayes products. The Hayes rep and the TSC host does not give any warning that the product can and will crack and Hayes will not accept responsibility. Don't be fooled by the Hayes rep jumping on a half piece of luggage.Unfortunately I did not do enough research before purchasing. I now need to go buy a replacement. This was a very bad TSC purchase, which I now regret.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Good Price- Yet Arrived Dented & Scratched
I excitedly purchased the black set early September, and when it arrived I could hardly contain to my excitement! Heys has always been a good brand, but this time I opted to try the hard shell instead of my reliable fabric ones. To my IMENSE DISAPPOINTMENT the luggage had a bad dent in the front, a massive blow that turned the plastic white from pressure stress, and had long scratches all around the luggage.The box it arrived in was perfectly fine, even the Heys cardboard box inside that. So the mail carrier was not to blame, but the people who placed it into the box. I cannot say how much I am disappointed- do people not check the items before shipping them off?I resent it back and asked for another one, so now I've been waiting a long time on that. I have never had a bad experience with TSC before, and I really hope this is not the start of more to come.Regardless of the damage, at least the product shows it can handle a great deal of wear and tear.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Great suitcases, like the divider, been on two trips already, and no problems. Should of had the lock included though. Good blockbuster price for the 3 pieces

I have just receive my show stopper today July 18/14. this is my first buy from the lineI will be travelling to Africa in September so I will provide update when I return. but so far it came is good condition, nothing broken and I just LOVE, LOVE the color the wheels with easy.thanks Heys
