I ordered the show stopper and received it scratched....I used the suite cases once and two of them broke! Terrible quality and terrible customer service!! Do not order they do not stand up and a waste of moneyThis is the second set I have tried from here and they both broke first time they were used.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I received my gorgeous red and black luggage 1 day before I left on holidays. I was happy that it arrived so I could see how good of a product is really is. it went through a lot of hardships on this trip, I got home days before my luggage did, it even did a bus trip, which was not planned, without me. I had a lot of compliments on my luggage, it is has a lot of easy access pockets, very light, durable, and a lot of space. I am more than pleased with my purchase and I would highly recommend this to anyone. you will not be sorry that you bought it. the rest of my luggage is going to the thrift shop.happy travelling.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Poor quality, horrible customer service
I own at least 5 sets of Hey's luggage which I purchased at the shopping channel for each member of my family.They always looked so pretty on TV and I always can't resist buying them.Never again.My husband finally got the opportunity to use one of his set on his last trip.By the time he returned, the buckle was damaged, and while attempting to lift the luggage , it cracked on top near the handle.I was so ashamed because I had purchased the hey s Heritage series which they termed their Executive series as a gift to my husband. I sent repeated emails to their customer service and after going back and forth for months, they finally agreed to consider repairing it if I could ship to them at my own expense.By this time, I was so frustrated that I decided to let go.This is my worst purchase from the shopping channel.

Just got back from a trip with the ExoLite Blue set and other than a few very minor scratches they all still looks great. This is after 2 flights and on and off a cruise ship. They were very easy to spot among all the other cases. Wheels are vey smooth and although I was a bit concerned about this style of telescopic handle it was no problem. I love the new zip-in side. With my other Heys bags I had to be careful, when opening a bag, that small things didn't fall out. Now they're all zipped in. I think it might be an issue if you only had a few things, in that side, as they would roll around but I always have plenty of stuff. One thing to note is that it's more difficult to cram extra into the bag as the sides don't give but the extention should solve that. The large case is huge (but still within airline rules) so I didn't have to worry even after buying a few things.The outside pockets are a bit narrower that usual but it's great to have them on this type of case. My preference for this style is that I don't have to worry about my clothes getting wet, if it's raining, as they're shuffled around by the baggage carriers. This is more of a problem at a cruise port as I've seen bags sit out for a long time in the rain. In the past I've lined my suitcase with large clear plastic bags, now it's one thing I can forget about. All in all a great set of suitcases.

I travel all over the world and these are the best suitcases I have ever used. This is my third set of Heys. Not that they wear out or break; once I have used them a few times members of my family love them so much that I give them away. The spinner wheels are so user friendly, my suitcases are usually the envy of everyone at the airport. The one piece I never give away is the carry-on piece. It is compact and rolls down a narrow aisle sideways. Can't beat that.

Light weight hard side luggage with outside pockets purchased at showstopper price! Won't be using for a while yet so I can't comment on durability and performance at this time.

Just received my beautiful Red and Black set . Love the room and quality . Will see how it holds up on out trip to Dominican in March . No TSA locks but I never put valuables in checked bags only in Carry ons .

Where are the TSA locks? Everything in the front zippered pockets areeasily accessed by you as well as all the airport personnel. You will require a suitcase just to carry all the padlocks to secure your luggage.Terry

"Check the Warranty First"

I read on the Heys website - product is not under warranty when handled by a third party example airlines...? You discuss on the show how durable it is yet its not covered when travelling unless you buy the carryon size only and always carry it on so as not to be handled by a third party....!!!Somehow this doesn't make sense to me, does it to you?
