Luckily I tried it before I travelled. It came out of the outlet when I plugged into with hair dryer,a curling iron and flat iron which were all travel size.Tried it in different outlets in house and had same thing happen. Was very surprised, usually HEYS products are wonderful. Will be going back...loved the fuchsia colour.....
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

My New Travel Buddy

Since I haven't used the adapter yet, I gave it a 4 rating because I was able to order the adapter in the orange to match my Heys XScale. I trust Heys products and I'm sure the adapter will perform as advertised. My husband and I enjoy going to Cuba and on previous trips, we were able to charge our camera at the front desk of the resort. It's more convenient to have your own adpater in your room. I can't wait to try it out.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Handy Little Device
Handy device that is much better than carrying the various adaptors.
Heys All-in-One Travel Adapter

Very neat and compact and works well.No fuss or muss looking for different plug-ins like the old ones.

I have the loose connectors and this one is so much better all in one. I keep it in my suitcase along with the packmates and my scale Great for anyone that travels. Thanks Heys

This worked for me in Cuba. I love the pink colour. I love that it has no other parts to keep track of. It was a bit loose in the outlet in Cuba, but it still worked fine.
compact and reliable
I have used it in Latin America, Cuba, Portugal & Spain. GREAT buy.
Does the job well

It is very convenient - no parts to lose, never have to remember what the plug looks like where you are going. Is a bit "top-heavy", but I never had a problem with it falling out of the outlet.

First time I used it was in Italy. I plugged it in and then plugged my curling iron into it - it melted my curling iron Used it then in a bathroom plug and it was ok -
I won't travel without it!!
In September I have spent some time in Spain in a 16th century hotel-manor and after I went for a cruise. On the ship, I did not have to use the adapter. The ship was "adapted". But as for the hotel, I have used it everyday without problems. I had access to free wireless internet. I have used mostly the adaptor for my laptop. I made sure that the cord was supported on a small table between the electrical outlet and where I was with my laptop. Thus it prevented disconnecting the adapter from the wall outlet. I hope that my comments have been helpful.
