Himalayan Gems Sterling Silver Amethyst Drop Earrings

I was hoping for some nice delicate amethyst earrings to match a ring I have (not from that line). They are so tiny that you need to look at the stones with a magnifying glass to assess their look and value. I kept them and gave them away to a teenage girl. She likes them but complains that they often come off because of the hook backing.

I was looking forward to receiving these earrings but was very, very disappointed with them. First, they were 2 different sizes of stones, plus both were mounted in the settings at different angles which was very obvious. Also the quality of the amethyst was terrible....there was no purple at all in one of the stones, it was almost totally brown, and the other one had a very slight purple tone to it. I would think after these many years on TSC for Him. Gems something as poor of quality as these earrings would not appear in this collection. Very disappointed......

I love the style of these earrings, however, they are so much smaller than I anticipated. I was really disappointed. Unfortunately, they are being returned.
