Himalayan Gems Sterling Silver Handcrafted Natural Chalcedony Pendant & Potay

Sorry, this is my third review..I guess with the busy Xmas season I wrote the two below without realizing it. Had to write another one to mention the outstanding, impressive "excellent" customer service I received on my potay problem. I called the main office and without any hesitation they asked me to return the potay and literally in a couple of days I received a silver chain as requested. The pendant is beautiful and I would definitely recommend buying it. Thank you. Have several pieces already from HG and you will remain my top 3 favourites in jewellery on the SC.

Bought the pendant to go with a ring I recently bought and it matches perfectly. The colour is beautiful and the silverwork is well done as expected from Himalayan gems. I was very disappointed in the potay necklace. It is nicer than ones I have received in the past that I don't wear but I literally spent five minutes trying to do it up without success. Either the knot is too big or the hole too small. I would recommend that you offer a choice between the potay and a silver chain in the future or if that is too difficult just sell the pendant on its own thus a slight decrease in price for us jewellry lovers who own several different size chains already. Would give the pendant a 5 but an overal 3 with the potay.

I am very disappointed in the potay necklace. It is actually nicer than some I have received in the past and would consider actually wearing it (unlike others) but I tried for five minutes and can't do it up. Would prefer a silver chain. Still deciding whether to return the entire order. I may try to go online and contact Himalayan gems directly and try to get the potay exchanged for a silver necklace. Considering the price of this item, I think it deserves a silver chain.
