Whats with the Sizing?
from Burlington Ont
I'm having problems with the sizing, as I'm sure a few of you other customers are. My blue lapis came in my regular size 7. Great ring, beautiful fit and comfortable. I was so thrilled, I ordered a different color....the Labadorite...but it was too snug. Fit more like a size 6. Then I ordered another style in my size, but again it was too snug and fit a different finger. I've always ordered size 7 for every ring I've bought and never have had problems with sizing until now. This can get costly when your always paying shipping and handling back and fourth. Please bring your sizing up to par. Love the jewelry, love to see Himalayan Gems keep coming back.

I did it! I enjoy so much this ring in rose quartz that I ordered another one in lapis :). At the time of purchase, there was only one available, in size 6. I thought I would buy it and have it enlarged, but in the end it fits, although a bit thight, on my normally size 7 finger. So I do not understand reviewers who sometimes complain that the sizing is off with this line. Compared to the ring I received in rose quartz, the lapis version of it is different, in that the stone sits significantly higher than the other one on the finger. I normally do not like it, but considering of pretty the ring is altogether, and how decided I was to wear lapis, I kept it.

Put your glasses on
This ring is fabulous. There is so much colour to it, it really does look like the moon at night. It is a very long ring (knuckle to Knuchle). The cut out work is extremely beautiful. The only thing I found was inside the ring there is a couple of sharp edges, not enough to cut you. If your hands swell in the summer it is best to go up one size. Wear it alot and get lots of compliments. The price is just fantastic.

Not true to size
from Olds, AB
I love this ring but is small for size. Plan to see if it can be made a bit larger. Would recommend this ring but be careful of sizing especially on larger rings.
Drop dead gorgious
I ordered one in size 7 and one in size 8, while I was waiting for another ring with rose quartz (from M.A.D.E.). I have found both rings true to size, and decided to keep the size 8 for my right hand. This ring is s-t-u-n-n-i-n-g. Awesome silver work, it is overall well balanced - size of the stone for the amount of silver. It is heavy and certainly stays put once you put it on. My advice: unless you have very long fingers, this ring will be at its best on the middle finger because it is very long.So happy with my purchase that I might order another one in lapis, later on!

Beautiful Silver Work
from Medicine Hat, Alberta
I forgot to mention in my last review how beautiful the silver work design in this ring is. So much detail. Like I said previously, I love the style of this ring so much that I actually have another in the copper tourquoise from about a year ago. I'd love to see them make a pendant in the same design or larger.

Glad to read D from BC

I was happy to read D's review as I was beginning to think I was the only one to have problems with Himalayan Gems rings. I find the sizing is certainly not consistant. I ordered this one in a size 7 which is what I wear on my middle finger. I received it this AM. I cannot get it on my middle finger so have it on my ring finger. It is a bit snug there but I can get it on okay. It is not comfortable, however. There are no sharp edges on this one but it seems too deep for that finger and so digs into my hand between the fingers. The silver work is nice but I am disappointed in the color of the Jasper. It is a rather dirty yellow. Unlike D, while I hate returning things, and seem to have had to quite a bit lately, I don't think I will keep this ring, at least not at this moment. I don't think I will order any more rings from this line. I have 1 Malachite that is fine, 1 Citrine that is snug and so sharp I don't wear it and 1 Milky Aquamarine that I ordered in a 7 but which is too big even for my thumb. Kept it as I loved the stone. I would recommend this but with a caution that it may not be suitable.

Beautiful!!! Great Price Too!!!
I'm thrilled with the rose quartz I ordered. Normally, I find rose quartz so washed out. Not so with this one. I love the style of the ring as well. I normally wear a size 5, but the size 6 fits very comfortably. My hands swell at times, so I can't blame the sizing. I don't find that it digs into my hand. I own a tourquoise ring in the same style and love them both. For the size of this ring, the price was fantastic. A great deal that I couldn't pass up. I'm so glad that I ordered it. It's a ring that I can just keep on every day and forget about. I wore it to work tonight (my first day with it) and have already received tons of compliments. This is one of my favourite jewellery lines. I never miss a show!

I ordered and received the moonstone. First of all the sizing is off again (this is th 5th Himalayan Gems ring that I own and they all fit a very tight 7 1/2 instead of the size 8 that I've always ordered) so I'll be wearing it on my ring finger instead of my middle finger that had I ordered it for. The beautiful colors are only on the surface of the stone and are very minimal; I have other moonstone jewellery and the hues seem to go through the translucence of the whole stone. Also the stone is a off-whte color (which is usual) with a lot of black flecks that look like dirt particles. The silver work is pretty but uncomfortable; there are sharp points that poke into the webs between my fingers. I will be taking the ring to my jeweller to have the sharp points smoothed out and to be correctly sized as I'm tired of returning items to TSC for exchanges. I would recommend this only if the customer was willing to have the ring adjusted after purchase.
