Beautiful ring. I got it in the lapis. The stone is very beautiful too and nicely faceted. The ring itself is very flat, more than it looks in the picture, but in the good way. This makes it different. The silver is a little bit oxidated and it gets oxidated, but it looks good with the stone. I polished it a bit and it is fine. Overall, this ring is worth the money, especially at the sale price.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I was very pleased with the quality of the lapis. The ring is large but fits well and is comfortable even though my hands are not big. I was concerned that I would not like the silver design around the stone but it is much more subtle than it is pictured. The silver does oxidize but that is how I think it looks best, rather vintage.

This is a fantastic colour and size. The stone is very large and definitely makes a bold statement. I love it!

When I ordered this ring, I wasn't sure I would like it because it was so untypical of a lapis ring. You normally see lapis in a cabochon cut. This ring has a flat surface and (my particular ring) has no pyrite inclusions in it. But the more I looked at it, the more it began to grow on me. I love the fact that it has no gold flecks, it makes it look so much more elegant and classy. You can usually tell a lapis ring because of the pyrite inclusions and the cabochon cut, but this particular one is very different. It is a deep, solid royal blue and is flat (which means you can wear gloves). It also has facets, which are very subtle and give the ring just the right amount of sparkle (which you never get with a lapis). The split shank also adds to the overall style. Thanks Andrew. You've outdone yourself with this unique ring. I love it!
